However after entering the room with the heating stuck on full i enquired about getting it turned off as the radiator was broke. 2 hours of being fobbed off by the overworked receptionist and the manager who was micromanaging the bar led me to...

At the end of the day,a bright, warm, friendly welcome. Why here we thought until we opened the curtain the following morning, magic. The lakeside rural location is a treat, the room tastefully decorated and roomy. Everything worked. Altogether delightful.

We stayed for one night, our stay included Dinner, Breakfast and spa treatments. We stayed in a presidential suite, it was very large, lovely views of the lake, there was a fruit plate there when we arrived and some bottles of water. Dinner was lovey, the food was great, staff was lovely and I would definitely eat here again. Breakfast...

But until then...

Spent two days in this wonderful hotel for a Principals/ Head teachers conference. The food was superb; the attention to detail was top class. I felt the conference was improved by the staff of the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed in the presidential suite with my then fiancée in April 2016. Unfortunately the room is a bit dated and the floor creaked with every step but the views from the room out over the grounds of the hotel and the lake made it totally worthwhile. A little expensive for what we got, but service and food was excellent. A...
