The bedroom was more than adequate in size with a good-sized bathroom. Bed was comfy and the entire area was clean. However, I found the room cold (this was in February). I was told the hotel runs on a "green policy" - I can understand that but it was uncomfortable. I also wish I had avoided the fish and chips...

Very friendly staff in both the hotel and the restaurant gave a very warm welcome. Very comfortable bed in spacious room. TV, WiFi, the usual tea and coffee making facilities. What more could a weary traveller want?

My mother and I stayed here last night. We attended a function here and we were very impressed with the standard of service, delicious food and lovely surroundings. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and bedroom very roomy and comfortable. Rates very reasonable and staff so friendly, helpful and efficient. Helen

Gorgeous dinner was had here. Simply delicious. Only thing wrong and it's only small but it all counts was that we got a dirty napkin that was handed out to us. Recommend this place for family meals. Loads of parking space both sides of hotel.

Had to stay one night in Roscommon for a family funeral. A quick web search threw up a number of options - chose this hotel based on price, and I must admit I was a bit sceptical as to the quality given it is a two star hotel. Was pleasantly surprised - spacious bedrooms, big car park, a warm welcome,...

A family run hotel, which is obvious from the attitude of the hosts and the staff, who were very welcoming. Quiet and comfortable room, which was meticulously clean. Proper size television, with all channels, and super food from the restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

Family run hotel, great value for money, modern rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly efficient staff. Bar and restaurant on site, great food at hard to beat prices. Caters for vegitariansCoeliac etc. Would highly recommend the 10 oz steak, mouth wateringly good. Room only rate available or bed and breakfast rate. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending very highly indeed.
