Family of four with two littles under 3. I found this location online and so happy they were available. Spending the night as a stopover outside Dublin, couldn't be more glad. It's a running farm with cows, goat, donkey and chickens. The cottages are renovated and just perfect. Plenty of light. Well maintained. Everything is in good condition. Went for...

Camped here for 3 days to visit the surrounding Boyne Valley, and I thought it was a great location. You can get just about anywhere from here. Easy walk into the village of Slane. Decent grounds for setting up a tent, and the management are very kind.

The hostel was comfotable, especially if you are in a group or big family. It is not like the usual hostels. I loved the pine and the spaciousness in the kitchen area. It has a very large camp site and the facilities are not as good but does the job. It is local for all the local sites. If you...

The location of this site is excellent for visiting Newgrange and the Boyne Valley and is easy to find. Leading up to our visit, the staff were very helpful and we met the very friendly Meghan on arrival. She booked us in on tours to Newgrange and Knowth so we did not have to queue at Bru na Boinne and...

Our room was upstairs, very large with large comfortable bed and large private bathroom. The views were beautiful!! We sat outside on a table near the animals, a goat and donkey. So serene and lovely out there. Location great for us as we needed to be close to Dublin airport. Only a 40 minute drive. Memorable visit, very happy.

My Girl Guide group stayed here over the weekend with the younger girls sleeping in the dorms and the older girls camping. I didn't stay but I did come down and spend the day with the girls and I thought the place was amazing, particularly the camp site. The toilets and showers are at a perfect distance to the tents...

We arrived quite late due to delayed flight. We were put in a dormitory with a tiny shower. I believed we had booked a chalet but it appeared not. The meet and greet staff where not overly friendly but not Irish also. The room was only suitable for hikers and bikers. The beds and the bedding were beyond description ....

I have just read this review and I am in total shock. Yes this is a hostel, yes we accommodate hikers & bikers along with back packers, families and tourists. Our friendly doors are open to all walk of life. Yes we do have dorm rooms which you were in. A dorm room is only €20 per person per night...

Easy to find, especially if you use sat nav. Stayed in it to attend a wedding at Tankardstown House and it was close to that venue. The room was not what I expected as I was put into a dormitory, to be fair I had not asked to be put into a non-dormitory room but from what I can remember...
