The hop on- hop off bus is great for Dublin. So much to see and you and get on and off the bus anytime. See the Book of Kells and Long Library at Trinity College, St, Patrick's Cathedral, Christ Church, the General Post Office, the Temple Bar for great food and live music.
For Navan, there is a castle. Try Athumley B&B - great rooms and service.
