Have been visiting this hotel for food and the odd pint for some months and we have never been disappointed. The location on the river Suck is ideal, and the owner and staff extremely friendly and courteous. At the moment the hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas with a real fire in a real fireplace !!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The couple who owns this hotel were very helpful in every way, very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. The staff were also just as lovely and welcoming. Beautiful views from hotel room of the marina. Would definitely recommend the Moycarn lodge.

The Moycarn is a very homely, comfortable and very welcoming hotel. We were very pleased with our accommodation, the rooms were spacious and well equipped i.e. iron, hairdryer, tv and toiletries. There is also a play room for children. The food was exceptional with a excellent choice on the menu. We were facilitated with late checkout at short notice. I...

On our trips over to visit family we always end up here. This hotel is in a lovely location hidden away on the edge of town. The rooms are great the staff are great and the food is top notch! Evenings in the bar are like being with your family. We love it and would recommend.

Such a beautiful setting...

I give five stars because that's what it could be with a little more effort from management. It needs to be advertised a lot more locally because its a gem. Great location...I once saw a helicopter land in the front lawn.. God food and quality Guinness plus family friendly. Well done.

We have stayed at Moycarn 6 or more times since they opened. Every stay was great! Rooms are clear, generously spaced and always ready on arrival. Breakfast has been timely, high quality and offered great choices. Setting is in a quiet area but very close to the action. We have truly enjoyed each stay at the Moycarn !
