The lodge is all new, very comfortable and well finished. The couple who runs it is very kind and full of advices for your next day trip. They organise super jeep tour as well with their vehicles. Hot tube and sauna are included and 5 stars. Wanna go back there!!

We booked this place mostly based on on-line reviews and we were not disappointed! Stayed 3 nights in this great lodge. The owners are very much engaged and interested in their guests-there is no doubt. Breakfasts are amazing(yes the coffee is great) and the homemade bread is an extra. Loved staying at this lodge. The owner , Swen is a...

The hosts were incredibly nice and provided a great breakfast in the morning but we had a lot of difficulty finding the lodge (it was in a very remote location off the main roads). We did NOT have a local cell phone and were not told in advance that we would need to CALL the hosts once we arrived at...

Stayed for two nights in this wonderful lodge located about 10 minutes from the main road. When you arrive you need to call the owner to open the gate but when you have your room key you get a gate key. Owners are great people. There is a great sauna and a bathtub. The room was very good with a...

Sven was amazing. Lodge was clean, had great geothermal hot tub. the owner sat with us 3 times to review maps and show us hidden attractions, better than any guide book we had purchased. Would recommend and would go back.

The location is in the middle of nature - absolutely beautiful. It was just a fine, comfy place to be. We had a shared bathroom, which was no big deal. Everything was a separate building connected by a deck - it was just really quaint. There was a hot tub and a sitting room that was in a small building...

We loved the IceBlue Lodge! Our room was gorgeous, with a private bathroom and a little deck. It was incredibly clean and very spacious. The property is lovely, with a hot tub, sauna, and little sun room. The host was incredibly friendly, and gave some great recommendations for restaurants around the area. The breakfast the next day was delicious, with...

We had a large and comfortable triple room with a private bathroom. Also, there was a lovely hot tub and sauna that was terrific to use on our first night in Iceland. The host was a helpful source of information about our driving route, local restaurants, and other local hidden gems. Although the B&B is pretty out of the way,...

The location is perfect, very quiet, “in the middle of the nature”. The hotel is surrounded by pine trees and rocks. The buildings have large windows, practical structures, illustrating that the owner is an architect, who designed cleverly and carefully this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are sufficiently large, light, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty, offering sufficient variability...

This accommodation is in a very interesting location. The rooms are quirky, the beds comfy and the shower amazing. There is a sauna and a hot tub too. The owners are lovely and served us the best breakfast of the week, with freshly baked bread, and lots of thought going into the buffet.

Thank Tiggermum
