The linnen didn't smell fresh at all and they looked quite old. The mattress was uncomfortable and the walls were full of cracks. The bathroom had a poor ventilating system which was producing an annoying sound and of course there was no window. Such a bad quality.... We made the mistake and paid extra for breakfast...Don't do it, guys, there...

Staff is very friendly, however the restaurant is only open in summer but they dont mention that anywhere until you get there. Kitchen is very poor equiped especially for so many people. The room was not that bad, bit small, bit the beds were horrible, im afraid the linnen was already used by someone else. The walk up the mountain...

Not a good guesthouse   It got me to some surprise how bad this place is. The rooms are OK in a way but everything in them is very cheap from bed to bed linen, towels and shower and just everything is cheap quality and it is like living in a tent next to many other tents as walls are...

The kitchen is really poorly equipped. One slow single electric hob & 1 microwave led to long queues for cooking! The walk to the viewpoint recommended by the reception staff was excellent for sunset. Plenty of parking. Beds comfortable. If cooking your own evening meal then try somewhere else.

整體來說還很乾淨,但房間比較小,4人住一間會比較擁擠。若打算自己開伙不建議住這裡,廚房只有一個電磁爐,而且火力不強。但四週環境清幽,光害較少。 It's clean but the room is small for 4 people. I don't suggest stay here if u plan cook by yourself, because the kitchen only has one induction cooker and the power is small. It will spent a lot of time to cook. But I think it's a good place to wait Aurora because there is not too much...

I'm not really sure where to start. The staff are the opposite of helpful. The place is a total roach motel. As we were going in other guest warned us to 'keep driving and find elsewhere'. Don't stay here...You'll be better off going elsewhere!

This is my second trip to Iceland and second time staying at the Klausterhof. Great location close to so many of Iceland's natural treasures. The staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and fresh. There is a waterfall and walking path a few minutes from the guesthouse, plus a great restaurant, grocery and new tourism office in town.

Upgraded from shared bathroom. to private room. Lovely room bathroom. Guesthouse is being renovated so we could not stay in shared bathroom room. We had flat tyre and workmen helped to change our tyre which was so kind. All the polish staff were lovely.

We stayed there one night, very good 3 bed room with shared bathroom, shower works very well. On arrival they gave us towels, blankets and pillows. The place is quiet and beautiful, next to a waterfall and with a great view to try see Aurora. We didnt have breakfast and when we went to just get a coffee the guy...
