Zozas Rooms have good location, they are clean and tidy. However, the interior of the facility is weird and quirky, there is plenty of various ornaments, knick-knacks, figurines, jugs, paintings and pictures everywhere. We stay here for one night and pay 30 euro for a double room. Breakfast is not served but there is a kettle in the room. You can park your car at location.

Beautiful little place to stay. Full of character. Great views of Meteora from your private balcony while you drink your morning coffee. Great garden to sit and relax in with a local wine. Room was spotless clean, comfy beds and staff are amazing. 10minute drive to monasteries. Safe parking.

Heart-warming and welcoming atmosphere, lovely room and interior, great service, magical location. Recommended when you visit the Meteoras in Greece. The place is pet friendly, our dog was a bit noisy but had a good time :-)

I've never seen the line of the shower curtain installed outside of a shower pan's footprint but here it is and water goes exactly where it shouldn't - out into the bathroom floor.
This is also my first time seeing a lavatory faucet extend almost to the rim of the sink. At full tilt, the water shoots beyond the sink rim onto the floor.
Also, the odor of stale cigarettes permeates all.
I could live with all the above for a short duration however the detail that really sunk this place was the squeaky bathroom door in a family suite. How difficult is it to spritz some oil into the hinges? Perhaps their family clientele wanted to a loud wakeup courtesy of the bathroom door?

We stayed at Zozas rooms with our two families to see the spectacular Meteora. Mr. Zozas was very kind at looking after us and taking care of all our needs. The room was clean, spacious and charming as was the rest of the hotel which was also run by his delightful mother and Aunty. Breakfast was very generous and they were very kind towards our children. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at Zozas!

A very basic rooms full of great service! A place that you fell instantly like home thanks to the owner Dimos which is a very kind and very friendly person willing to offer you any assist you might need. Rooms, lobby and the breakfast room are amazingly clean despite the "millions" of objects that are decorating the house. Only negative was that in our room was coming cigarette smoke from another room I suppose!
A great-great surprise that comes with an even greater prices!!!
Definitely we'll visit again!!!
A GREAT 10 for Dimos and it's house!

You get exactly what you see in the photos of Zozas Rooms, it's like going to your friendly Greek uncle's house. The owner is super friendly and very helpful, breakfast was good and the quality of the food was high.
Great for families!

Upon arrival, the owner showed us a map of the area and showed us to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking behind the building. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. 4 individual beds were placed around the room. There were lots of decorations throughout, but everything was neat and very clean. A breakfast consisting of meat, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, croissants, cereal, coffee and tea was included in the room rate. The AC worked well. The free WiFi signal was too slow to be used at all. The water for the shower never come out hot - just almost warm.

For me, Zozas Rooms was home away from home. As you enter reception, you are automatically greeted by a wide array of objects that seem to be as interesting as Meteora itself! This guesthouse is ideal for access to Meteora and Kalambaka because of its location in outer Kastraki.

The room we stayed in had a wonderful balcony view, and you are always near a restaurant. When it comes down to basics such as shower, wardrobe, TV, Wi-Fi and bed, you won't be disappointed. Although I recommend you try out the multiple Wi-Fi connections and see which works best for your room. Working the shower seemed a bit iffy at first - turn the hot and cold knob and adjust to achieve a desirable warm temperature.
The bathroom also has a hair dryer.

The owner is simply the best. We stayed for three nights. And because we had to check out early in the morning (5am), he was kind enough to pack food for us and leave it at the reception desk before we hit the road.

Thank you for having us, Dimos!

Easy to find, small and cozy, hospitable, unpretentious and very nice.
A Greek family business like many other. Though is close to the street, the noise doesn't get to the rooms. Wonderful view from the balconies towards Meteoras' rocks.
Kind of a fairy tail stay.
Room was VERY clean, cozy, silent and pleasant. We stayed in December and we were received in a very hot room. You have everything you need for a short pleasant stay.
Breakfast consists of coffee and tea, orange juice, boiled eggs, ham and cheese, tomatoes cucumbers and carrots, margarine and few types of jam, 2 different types of bread, plus local small cheese pies, buns and cake. Everything fresh and well presented. Though they don't serve lunch or dinner, you can easily find a tavern close by were you can enjoy local traditional Greek food for a good price.
They have a back garden free parking, TV (which we did not use), air conditioning plus heating system.
The owner was very welcoming and helpful, offered us a map with all the monasteries and attractions.
Good to know that if you make the reservation through phone, all the money goes to the owners, while through booking.com, 75% goes to booking and only 25% to the owners, which is said and not fair because does not cover their costs.
