What we liked about the Auberge: the mountain view; it was just amazing and also the fact that this is a very quiet place What we did not like so much: service was a bit lacking - breakfast is starting at 7.30am, when we mentioned that we needed to leave at 7.30am there was no offer for To Go breakfast...

This is a delightful rural hotel, majoring on its Michelin-starred restaurant, well placed to explore the Jura mountains and Lake Geneva, with a charming terrace. The food was indeed lovely, BUT they don't serve dinner on Sunday (only lunch) and the restaurant is closed on Monday. The village is small and when we were there the nearest recommended alternative was...

Very friendly experience. Lovely hotel in magnificent setting. Views from the terrace were wonderful. Good rooms and very comfortable accommodation. Overall very clean, only the balcony and the windows could have been better cleaned. Breakfast outside in the sunshine was most inviting.

Use to be a spot for a relaxing moment with the musical bells of the cows in the surroundings. The father chef was great and rather neutral. Now the village has been invaded by real estate businesses of dubious taste and manners. A place were deals could be taking place with interests of various natures. The cooking and the ambiance...

Pretty rural hotel with a wonderful view over to Mont Blanc. Comfortable rooms and a high standard of food. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we had our dog with us who was happily allowed to lie under our table on the terrace for dinner and breakfast. Do check whether there is a meal service on Sunday night...

Lovely Hotel with very charming rooms who have orginal details as old doors on the closet The Hotel also has a lovely view, with horses on the fields and the mountains in the back. They also have excellent food and you can eat outside in green and quiet surroundings.

This is a great getaway within half an hour from busy Geneva (Cointrin Airport). I was staying there with my family as I had a morning flight the next day. The hotel is an old auberge, nicely renovated with a fabulous view over the French-Swiss Lake of Geneva countryside. The hotel features many artworks and design details, which come only...

The Auberge des Chasseurs is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner. The cuisine is French. Good basic food. Menu €38. Choice of meat or fish. Entrée, main dish and dessert. We had an asparagus risotto as entrée. It was a little heavy, more french than italian. Then a lamb which as served with vegetables and patatoes. Meat was perfect,...

Pretty setting at the end of village near Gex overlooking a pasture for horses and the swiss mountains, close to Switzerland . The picture on this site has nothing to do with the hotel which look like a Swiss chalet with 15 rooms, (120 to 140 euros ) swimming pool and a shaded terrace. Rooms on the second floor are...
