The place is located in the very beautiful town of Saignon. It is calm and relaxing with a nice park and outdoor pool. Rooms are of different types: some very good, some others not so. It is a mix of comfort and rustic, it depends of how your feelings are. All bathrooms do not have doors, which is a bit...

We had a wonderful time here , the accommodation was comfortable and the staff were welcoming . The place ha been recently taken over by a local chef who has obviously spent a lot of time and money upgrading the bedrooms and furniture , especially the kitchen ! The swimming pool is a real luxury and perfect to leave a...

Such an idyllic location! Peaceful and quiet with lovely rooms and excellent service. Don't stay here without taking advantage of the outstanding restaurant Le Potager. Could not recommend this more highly.

We stayed in this place for a few nights last fall. This place is appears to be empty and abandoned compared to what it was back in 2008, when it was run so professionally on connection with Auberge du Presbytère with restaurant offering high quality food in the garden. The Auberge is still closed and all this appears to be...

The website looks very attractive, in an obscure sort of way as there are no pictures of rooms etc., but presents an interesting, artsy, Provence ambiance. Don't be deceived. My wife and I arrived at 6pm with a reservation and the place was literally closed up. Searched in the dark for anything resembling a place to check in, finally knocked...

I stayed in La Bastide du Jas for two nights, and I loved the place. I was the only guest, apart from a family in one of the appartments. I had read some good and some bad reviews, but was charmed by the pictures. I can only say that my stay was wonderful. The place is absolutely beautiful and well-kept,...

We stayed here recently for a couple of days and it was a nice enough place for what we used it for. When we arrived there appeared to be no-one there to help book in or get keys or anything so we sat on the terrace with all our stuff and relaxed for an hour, then moved up to the...

As with others we chose Auberge du Presbytere first but since they were full we were referred to Bastide. What good fortune as it turn out that we really had a great stay here, just what we wanted a rustic, quiet and charming Provence village house. We stayed for four days and use it as base to explore the Luberon....

We originally intended to stay at the Auberge du Presbytere, but as they were full, they suggested a room here. At 100 euros a night (excluding breakfast) it wasn't exactly cheap, but it was a huge room on the top floor, with a fantastic view over the valley towards Apt. (It was also the most expensive room.) The property is...
