I absolutely hate that I have to leave a negative review for this place. It was a very nice hotel and the king suite was huge, although it smelled faintly of old smoke for a non-smoking room. The bed was very firm but not uncomfortable....More

We were only there for one night, so didn't look, but I don't recall hearing about one on the "amenities" section of the website. Your best option would be to call the hotel direct (855-849-1513). The people are so kind and obliging that I'm sure they'll assist you. I believe I saw/heard of a laundry in Eureka Springs itself.
