What I liked best was being within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants. Lovely B & B from afar with fabulous potential. Owner is personable and accommodating. Unfortunately, upon arrival the "lobby" was shockingly dingy and dusty. The grounds, with several dirty, green fountains, were a cluster of overgrown vines and leaves. In general, the inn is in...

My husband and I stayed at The Peabody House recently to celebrate our anniversary. We were in the Dashwood suite...it's spacious, beautifully appointed with all the amenities needed for a private retreat including a gas fireplace for a chilly evening and a towel warmer in the bathroom. Faryl is a gracious hostess with a wealth of knowledge about Eureka Springs...

My husband and I have been going to Eureka Springs for years. Every year we stay at the Peabody House, in the Rivendell Cottage. You can't find better accommodations than what we get each time we visit. The owner is wonderful, and takes great care of her property, as well as her guests. Every day she brings fresh-baked goodies for...

Peabody House is pretty much the best little cottage I've ever been to and I'm only 26 years of age. My boyfriend and I stayed in the room called Dashwood and it was so much better than the pictures. Our room had a pretty big bathroom with a Jacuzzi and the room itself was just very homie and comfortable. It...

My husband and I have stayed at the Peabody House twice (thus far) and it never disappoints. Accommodations are well above the norm, the location is excellent and the owner is not only an amazing decorator (the home is immaculate and elegantly furnished), but she is very friendly and personable. I would have no hesitations in recommending the Peabody House...

As Eureka Springs regulars, we have seen a good number of the accommodations in town. There are so many good places to stay it can be hard to choose, and if you're like us you want to try them all. We had the Peabody House on our radar for quite a while after seeing their website (which is fantastic) and...

My husband and I stayed in the Cheshire Suite at Peabody House for our 2 year wedding anniversary, and the room was breath taking, and clean!! Upon our arrival, the inn keeper was very friendly, and showed us our room. She also showed us the other upstairs suite, so we could see what it looked like too. In our suite...

This fine old home turned B&B really sang to us. Our room (the Nautilus) was tastefully appointed - without a doily in sight! We booked from 1200 miles away, and were delighted that our room was as attractive as the web site pictures. Breakfast was continental and in-room - coffee or tea, juice and fresh pastries (i. e. muffins one...

This is a great respite. Nice place, super owner, just a terrific and beautiful bed and breakfast. Owner provides a wonder landscape of the area and things to do, recommend very strongly. Sits on a high overlook of the main part of the city.

The Peabody House was a second choice after discovering that the Inn at Rose Hall B&B was full. The innkeeper at Rose Hall, Zoie, directed my friend and me to the Peabody House, which is operated by Zoie's daughter, the thoughtful Faryl. Faryl handled my friend's gluten allergy beautifully, providing a light breakfast and snacks that she could actually enjoy....
