Arsenic and Old Lace is a mixed bag. It could use some updating-at least the bathrooms. It's in a beautiful location-on a hill with great views. However, there are long stairs to climb just to check in-and more if you're on the second floor. Breakfast was very good except for the weak, flavored coffee.

This place was just what we wanted for our first trip to Eureka Springs. Everything was clean and attractive. The shower was awesome! And we were an easy walking distance to everything in the heart of Eureka Springs, without being right there in the middle of it all. The breakfast was fabulous as well. I will definitely go back to...

Gracious host and hostess, delicious breakfasts (and afternoon brownies), comfortable accommodations and the perfect place to spend our 50th anniversary. Our host and hostess even provided a bottle of bubbly for our anniversary toast (and the anniversaries of the other couples staying there).

Beautiful B & B. Spotlessly clean and up to date ammenities. We stayed in the Treetop room. Lovely. Innkeepers Doug and Beverly were very kind. We were very pleased with our time there. Wonderful breakfasts were served. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect! We chose the patio room because my husband has a bad knee, and it was great. Car was parked a very few steps away, so luggage was quite easy. Breakfasts were sumptuous. The first morning was quiche, and since my husband doesn't do quiche, they graciously scrambled him some eggs. The room was well appointed, and so comfortable. Drinks...

Incredibly thoughtful B&B. No comforting detail left out. Gracious hosts in every way...gave us a great map, great recommendations. Breakfasts were delicious (stayed two nights). Room was spotless, beautiful and beyond comfortable. We felt completely at home here and could've stayed a LOT longer. Huge choice of movies for the DVD player and flatscreen in our room. Easy Wifi, AC...

Doug and Beverly have thought of everything. Their B&B is spotless, beautifully -- and graciously -- decorated, and nothing that might add to the comfort of a guest has been left out. A luggage rack in the closet...perfect. AC you can operate yourself...perfect. Incredibly soft sheets and a comfy bed....perfect. Shower cap...perfect. I could go on and on. The breakfasts...

This inn is beautiful and all the rooms looked comfortably arranged. The host was helpful in guiding us toward worthwhile things to do and places to visit in our limited time there. Breakfast was superb, with everything cooked to perfection. The scones were the best I'd ever had, and I'm kicking myself for not getting the recipe. All around excellent...

The hosts, Beverly and Doug, were wonderful and made us feel so welcome. And the Breakfasts were to "die for"! Would stay there, again, if we are ever back there, The rooms were very clean and the attention to detail was marvelous. We also enjoyed the Videos that were available to be played in our room.

“Loved the library - had its own entrance, so did not have to go through the house to get to our room. Great balcony right outside the door - with beautiful wooded scene in the hillside below. Could also view the squirrels and birds playing in the garden area from our room.”
