Loved this place and the owners! It's is quaint and adorable.. The owner is so accommodating and nice as is the rest of the staff. Very reasonably priced and in walking distance from the downtown! Will defiantly go back there!

This place has a lot of character. It is a unique place to stay in a great location. Décor isn't modern and sheek, but that is not what Eureka Springs is all about. The owner is very friendly and helpful. No Complaints.

Old ...outdated...plain..cheap linens. No fridge..no microwave. Small dresser from the 60's. Small tv...breakfast was coffee..packaged mini muffins..fruit. We bought a styrofoam cooler for our drinks. The best greeter was "Ripley" the puggle. Would stay at a best western or days inn for same price. Wont do it again.

Really wanted to like this place- the staff was very friendly and helpful- but the room was a little rough. Bed was lumpy, lights were broken, and the carpet was almost clean. Room needs a make-over desperately.

The hotel is absolutely adorable on the outside, and has a ton of charm and curb appeal. The staff are all extremely nice as well. The room we stayed in needs some major updates. The carpet needs to be shampooed and the mattress was not comfortable at all.

Staff was great!! Rooms were nice, could be a little more modern but for the price and the bed I have no complaints. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Also great location to walk into town and back

It was truly a mom and pop run hotel. Gordon Ramsey needs to show up for hotel hell episode. I couldn't decide if the owner/manager was drunk or demented or a combination of both. The bed was like sleeping on cement blocks. I was sore the next morning from the mattress hardness. The lights in the room didn't work. On... More

Missed having a clock in the room, no clock radio either with a clock. Room was nice, on the 1st floor. Breakfast was just OK...would have liked a toaster and bagel or bread... Clean, well kept motel...hotel owner is friendly and knowledgable about the area. Price is right...

I was down there in July for a friends wedding and the hotel owner made our stay a delight real friendly highly recommended. Each room has its own unique look to it. Great place. We went out one of the nights and he even gave us a ride and came and picked up up in the middle of the night.... More

Chris, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating. We were given a deep discount, and an even better room, because our original room wasn't ready when we arrived. I will definitely stay here again!
