Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding at panorama house. Staff extremely friendly on check in. We stayed in a beach view 2bdrm cabin. Cabin itself was dated but comfortable, only issue we had was a clump of hair in the 2nd bedroom upon arrival but the rest of the cabin was clean and tidy. Cabin itself had everything you’d need for a family holiday, small double bed in main bedroom, multiple bunk beds in second bedroom, full kitchen, dining space and lounge room. Outside on the veranda a picnic style bench seat and bbq/sink area. The views where amazing. There was plenty of grass area in front of the cabin for kids, easy access to the beach and bulli ocean pools. Cafe onsite which unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try due to torrential rain and no covered walkways.
Downside was the bed was to hard for us, and too small but other than that was a great stay. Staff friendly through our whole stay and very helpful. Looking for ocean front accommodation that is family friendly definitely recommend.

Very tired and old cabin. Nothing works properly, doors and windows dont close or open properly and the cheapest of furniture and furnishings used. A bit of money spent would help. Cockroaches are pretty standard so nothing much has changed since a review of this place in 2018. A beautiful setting spoiled by poor accommodation.

A lovely park right on the beach. the service was excellent and the pricing good. The sites are quite wide but maybe just not very long. The park and amenities are well maintained, our favourite stop so far.

A great caravan park on absolute beach front! An ocean pool to the left and ocean pool to the right, plus many kilometres of bike and walking trails. Park itself has many cabins which are mostly beach frontage and very well maintained. Caravan sites are plentiful and amenities are well maintained. Prices this time of year (March) are probably the cheapest I have paid on the ocean.
I definitely recommend this park and give it a 10.

We requested a certain Ensuite site when booking (mainly due to the theft and poor security at the park) and had that particular site confirmed as booked and paid for via email. Three weeks later received a call saying our booking had been cancelled as all ensuite sites have been taken off line for the period we had booked, so we booked a powered site. On arrival 6 weeks later we checked if any ensuite sites were available but were told no ensuites are available as all were offline due to re turfing and upgrade. Set up our site and a couple of hours later a caravan set up on the site we had originally booked. Staff/Management in the office advised they had the right to do that even though we had a written booking confirmation for that site. We were repeat customers to the Bulli Tourist park and this has left us questioning whether we should go to this park again or not. The park itself is quite good however the actions taken by the management regarding our booking were not conducive to enticing customers to booking any future stays at the park.

This was by far one of the best parks i have stayed at and i have travelled Australia. Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Tidy park. Couldnt ask for a better location, literally a stone throw from the beach. Theres a little cafe in between the park and beach, so close to everything. Will definitely be coming back soon!

We are road tripping around from Kingscliff to Sydney and back staying in holiday parks along the way.
Bulli tourist park we paid $38 for a powered site so we could charge our phones we only had a swag so just a tent site.

We were told they were heavily booked so not many sites left the site we were allocated was so over grown with grass it was the only site in the park that had been left un kept it rained heavily during the night and the site turned into a swamp it was most unpleasant the amenities are outdated and the lock codes don’t work so you are not aloud to close the door to have feminine privacy while trying to push the 5 min shower button you can see into the shower room from all of the vans parked directly across from amenities I requested a refund and apparently the maintenance guy and manger believe that the site that they sold us for the night was OK the site across from us was not sold we should of been catered for instead of taking our money for substandard camping site

We stopped in planning to stay as a stop over and ended up staying 8. It's got limited facilities (no pool and only a small children's playground) but this park is now a favourite. We loved the direct beach access, the coastal walk/bike ways and nearby parks. The beach is fantastic with a safe swimming (Life guards on patrol), a little river, rock pools and public (free) swimming pools. This is a park that reminds you what family caravaning was like in the good old days.

We stayed here between house moves. The facilities are generally good but a little dated. Reception staff are superb and couldn't be more helpful! We stayed for 2.5 months and this was completely ruined by the lack of security, especially given the frequency of incidents (many during our stay). Security guard is only provided at weekends and we didnt see them during our entire stay. There was a significant incident when the security guard was on duty, but he wasnt aware of it. Only 1 CCTV camera, but its so old the quality is poor. If you value your belongings, find somewhere else!

From the moment we enquired about a powered sites you felt welcome. We were given a site which was easy to access. This park is a great base to explore the area. Beautiful clean amenities. Has a coffee shop on site. Close to the beach with lovely walks. Would definitely stay again. Park manager lovely to talk to and offered great suggestions to see the places nearby.

Hi Sue - We have sites available at all three of our tourist parks, located at Bulli Beach, Corrimal Beach and Windang Beach Tourist Parks. As this is our peak season and over the long weekend, we do require a seven night booking.
