We visited this hotel as part of a tour. I would not have chosen it myself. In our room there was no air conditioner or fan so it must be unbearable in the summer. There was no hot water, no room safe, no coffee making facilities and no bathroom toiletries except a bar of soap. There was no phone so...

If you want a "luxury spa & do-nothing" sort of hotel, there are better choices elsewhere. However, if you are resourceful, keen on exploring other villages on the lake, happy to sip cocktails or get in the pool/hot tub after a busy day (or both!) this is a good choice. It gave us the chance to walk by the lake,...

We spent three nights here whilst touring Guatemala, our room was quite small and very basic. Nowhere to put clothes, just a paddle fixed to the wall with 5 coat hangers. Functional, basic but clean bathroom. Beds did not have mattress protectors, just a strip of material across the middle of the mattress. Breakfast was uninspiring, fresh fruit and a...

I was expecting really simple accommodations based on the other reviews but was pretty blown away when I arrived. I guess that's what happens when your previous lodgings were in the middle of the rain forest with very limited amenities (including electricity). Anyway, the hotel was beautiful as was the room. The best was how helpful the staff was, though....

Not as noisy as Panahachel, prettier but close enough to Pana to make closing time at the Circus bar. Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms had a great view of the lake, beds a little small but the restaurant was great. Excellent value!

Good food and service. Extortionate bar prices paid nearly £40 for a bottle of chilli an wine which only costs £ 6 in th UK. Room extremely basic. Bed surprisingly comfortable but no wardrobe, water etc, poor security, with flimsy locks. Lovely views and clean pool but in need of an update

We stayed 1 night at this hotel with a group and did shopping at one of the lake villages. Upon arriving the appearance of this hotel is beautiful with a wonderful view of Lake Atitlan. The room, however, left much to be desired. First off, the room key was huge, there were twin beds w/very hard mattresses, a very small...

Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Panajechel. You will need transport to get into Pana to choose a restaurant. The rooms are average in size and tired decor. On the first floor they give good views across the landscape. The wifi works well in reception and in the room it does not or is inconsistent. It has...
