I live in Guatemala, and like visiting the Quetzaltenango area for the geothermal springs. I have been to Fuentes Georginas and enjoy the pools there. Now I have a second reason to go to this area, and I plan on going again soon. The steam saunas are hot and humid and relax all the stress away. The in-room jacuzzi tubs...

The previous reviews don't do Las Cumbres justice and we almost didn't stay here but we are so glad we did! We spent every morning in the very clean natural sauna (coming from thermal vents). We also loved the in-room jacuzzi tub with hot water coming direct from the thermal springs. I'm a massage therapist and I would have to...

The naural steam is great, but that is all. These are not nice people. The views are nice but this place is next to the main higheay. The restaurant food was not that good given the price. If you want the novelty of steam from a volcano I guess you could come away thinking it was worth it but other...

At first we were disappointed to discover that the hotel was by the side of a main highway....we had been imagining a hideaway up in the mountains! But once we were shown our room which was way back from the road and had a few of the mountains and volcano and a little terrace outside - we were delighted. The...

We arrived at Las Cumbres during the early afternoon of January 3rd. It was our first stop after crossing into Guatemala that morning from Mexico. We ate a good lunch and then left to assess our options with regard to a possible stay in Georginas Fuentes at the hot springs. The accommodation there was very basic and it seemed that...

We thought this would be a relaxing, birthday weekend get-a-way from the noise of Xela. We had an all inclusive package arranged and were extremely impressed by what we were 'supposed' to receive. We were disappointed upon arrival, and throughout our stay, due to the following reasons: -The website advertises a 105 minute massage. No where does it say that...

Our reservation was for a room with a queen size bed and Jacuzzi. Turns out instead of a queen bed there where 3 small beds and instead of a Jacuzzi there was a regular tub. We ask then for a room with a sauna. For the sauna to work you have to call costumer service and ask them to open...
