what a delightful hotel, literally a few moments walk from the amazing Patan Durbar Square. The hotel is traditional in style but has a contemporary feel to it. Our room was at the top the house and had a large balcony. The room was very comfortable and large, beautifully clean.

"2nd floor is better with more headroom"
"no lift so if access is difficult ask for rooms on lower floors"
