This hotel is close to two busy streets and about a block from a major rail yard, but noise wasn’t a problem when we visited. The receptionist was not exactly Miss Congeniality but she got the job done, and handled a room change request in a professional way. The hotel is in two sections, across the street from one another....

Perfectly clean and nice. Everything is new and completely renovated. Good place to stay close to the Grand Canyon without breaking the budget. We got in around midnight and our room and keys were ready to go immediately.

On our way from Sedona to the Grand Canyon, we stopped in Williams for a night to rest up. Most of the hotels and motels were priced 80 dollars and up for 3 people, but the lower prices options had bad ratings and reviews, so we gave this place a shot. The look and cleanliness of the room was a...

What a lovely place to stay. The room was beautifully furnished. Very stylish and clean. Bed was very comfortable. A quiet location.Very pleasant staff. Breakfast was included and the only negative I have is there was no cereal. Great value for money. I would definitely stay there again

Friendly service at check in. Decent (not elaborate) breakfast which included a waffle maker, most notably. Other comments about in-room temperature control have some merit. The constant on or off unit is not awesome, but it does the job. I had to get up twice overnight to turn on/off. Clean, quaint room with cute decor and coffee maker. I wouldn't...

We pulled in late night/early morning. I can't say enough as to how clean and quaint the room was. Everything from the bedding to the towels were soft and homey. It's decorated from an era long ago, but newly done. Wreaths on all the doors gave it a perfect holiday touch. Very quiet and clean.

Just amazing. What make my day was that the hotel is split between the rte. 66...love it. Room was comfortable and cozy. All amenities including breakfast, what else could I ask for....you are in the right place, all the shops and restaurant at your hand. And the Grand Canyon just one hour away....you can even take the Grand Canyon Express...

I assume there are larger rooms, from others reviews, however our room was very small. I agree the bed was too big for the size of the room. There was really no way to be comfortable in the room if you were just relaxing. However, we did not spend alot of time in the room because you are so close...

Good location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The motel has buildings on both sides of the rode-one the "downtowner" the other is the "lodge". There is no second story so all rooms are street level. My guess is that there is a range of rooms and sizes so it might be a good idea to consider a suite....

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the inn, it is very cozy, clean, and the space is well distributed. The staff is amazing and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety and fresh food. Williams itself is a cute, quaint town with friendly people and good eateries.
