After seeing the prices for hotels in the area, my wife and I decided to stay in a cabin here, which we were very satisfied with. It was a great median between camping and staying at a hotel, especially for a short stay, and it was much cheaper. We had to provide out own bed linens and towels, but the...

Horrible staff, rudest people I have met in my life and I have traveled all around the world for the military and government. The night manager refused to take any responsibility for the way the staff spoke to myself and my girlfriend so we left and found another great place to stay in town. I highly advise against staying here.

Nice place to stay! Well kept. Lots to do for the kids. Sites are close together but a very fun and unique layout of the campground. There was quite a bit of road noise being right on the highway but outside of that, it was a beautiful shaded campground. Everyone was friendly. Great little restaurant and store on site. Good...

We love staying at this koa! Kids have fun at the park, bike track, and horseshoes! The go carts look fun but we're not open on this trip, even though the website said they were. :( overall great KOA! There are also tons of day trip excursions you can take! We will be back for sure!

Warning to travelers: NOT customer service oriented. I never leave reviews, but felt obligated after our visit here. Our trip to the Grand Canyon and visit to the koa was going great until the owner, Lori Zeller, ruined our visit to the koa. We physically checked in with our small pop-up, and were placed by 2 employees at a tent...

I don't normally leave a review, but wanted to warn future campers. This place seemed awesome, and we were set to leave a positive review. The morning after our first night, though, we were hassled by a maintenance guy that we would have to move sites. What a pain! We were in a tent site with a pop up tent...

We stayed for 5 days in a 41ft 5th Wheel while visiting the Grand Canyon and other area attractions. The staff was awesome when we checked in and the ladies at the front office were awesome. We had a problem and made our reservations at the wrong KOA and they were so helpful getting us in. The grounds were clean,...

Our family has traveled to Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona on this year's summer vacation staying at only KOA locations along the way. We have truly enjoyed our trip and love staying at the KOA camp grounds. Unfortunately, we chose to stay at this location as part of our trip. This location has, by far, the dirtiest...

Hands down the better of the two in Williams. The other has no shade at all for the tent sites. The campground was super quiet to be as crowded as it was (Large Family Reunion). Be ware of trains every 10 minutes (I can sleep through then, but some can't). Also, the traffic noise from IH 40 was a bit...

We stayed the night before in Flagstaff and was more impressed with this koa! Our cabin was right next to the very clean and roomy restrooms. Had an inside swimming pool and a playground. The only bad thing about the place were all of the flies! Overall glad we stayed and would come back again!
