This place was perfect for us. The beds were comfy, free wifi, restaurant on site (decent food, not too pricy), gas station next door. We were happy to find someplace between Williams and the town closest to The Grand Canyon. When we come back (making...More
Only 30 minutes away from the grand canyon village. Rooms were clean. The food at the restaurant was great. I only stayed one night and it was perfect for someone who just wants to have a good night rest.

Thank you for your wonderful review, we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay! Hope you had a GREAT trip to the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon Inn.
We were pleasantly surprised with this Motel. Maybe not a 5-star motel, but it was well worth our stop. We stayed here a couple of nights as we were leaving the Grand Canyon. The front desk personnel were all very pleasant and had the answers...More
I hate to be so harsh, but I did not see any accurately negative reviews prior to making the mistake of staying here on our recent trip to the Grand Canyon. The room was dated. The beds were awful, a mattress on top of a...More
If you're going to the Grand Canyon and you don't want to spend a million dollars, I'd recommend this place.
It's not new. There are no elevators. The furnishings are pretty basic. And it's about 25 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park.
But the good...More

I would never never stay at this place again, I have travelled to a lot of countries over 50 years and I have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this, my room was like a bat cave, so bad I had to buy a torch or read in the bathroom.
The receptionist could not even be bothered to lift her head up from what she was reading to speak to me when I handed in the keys.
I sent a email to complain and they could not even be bothered to send a reply.
There were a lot of safety issues in the room, children could put their fingers behind the wall socket, wires all over the place.
They charged the highest fees of my whole trip.
After 2 days I moved out and went to stay in Williams at the Ramada just by the motor way, cheaper and so much better, clean friendly, great food, even free popcorn.
I am going to do the same trip again next year but will never stay or stop at the Grand Canyon inn again.
Sorry if I am not positive about this place.
