The photos for the room with the queen bed and bunk beds is false advertising. The "queen bed" is a double bed. The rug had a large stain on it and hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, turns your socks black. The beds were hard, with a dust cover for a blanket. The bunk bed is pulled away from...

My husband and I have stayed in some very modest motels while attending dog shows in the past, but my dog house is nicer than the room we occupied at the Mountain Side Inn. The furnishings appeared to be garage sale finds, the box spring and mattress sets (Marriott salvage) for both beds sat directly on the floor, mirrors around...

This place is very old, not nice old, bad old. We had two bugs crawl across our bed when we pulled back the covers. We had already killed two in bathroom. My son, in the room next door had two spiders in his bed! Beds were on floor, no frame, wall sockets didn't work, couldn't wait to leave.

This was the first motel on our trip around national parks and as we arrived in the evening the first impression was quite desperate. The room looked cheap and depressed but the bathroom was OK and there was also coffee machine with complimetary coffee. And WIFI was working perfectly! Breakfast is served on the first floor above the reception. It's...

The breakfast was excellent and the bed comfortable but that is all. The place is dirty, the TV was old and channel selection was extremely sub par. No fridge, microwave or even iron. The parking lot sucks. You have to get ice from the desk clerk as that is the only ice machine. You had to be very careful with...

We were there 3 nights. Breakfast was better then some "Continental" I've had. We had to switch rooms when the AC died after 2 days. Got a 1 leg ironing board. TV only had snow channels. No safety lock other then the regular door knob. No fridge, microwave or coffee pot but they did provide when I asked but the...

This hotel and "conference center" has seen better days. The rooms we (two families) stayed in smelled musty and were not very clean, the breakfast seemed like an afterthought, and the room was really overpriced. Even though the staff was nice and helpful, the greatest of smiles could not change the fact that this hotel has seen better days and...

We made a stop in Williams so we could visit the Grand Canyon. This hotel was a disappointment in that it had not been updated in many years. It still had old CRT type TVs in the room, the walls needed paint, the parking lot needs paving... The front desk clerk was flustered and had difficulty with my reservation as...
