The Railway Hotel is very large, two stories with two bedded rooms (I believe there are a few suites). Rooms are recently renovated and very comfortable & clean. We spent 2 nights here as part of a train package. The food (buffet) was the weakest part of the deal, but it was an overall fantastic time & highly recommend the...

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel. We booked a two day stay with the train trip up to the Grand Canyon. We were asked when we checked in if we wanted to upgrade room for a very small fee and glad we did. We were in a brand new room with new bedding and...

Very large hotel in close proximity to the Grand Canyon Railway so good location but used by tour groups so very impersonal and hectic at check in and out though reception staff were very helpful. The room was average - nothing special for the price of £115 a night without breakfast. Restaurant reasonable food and helpful servers. We arrived late...

We stayed at this hotel the night before and the night after taking the train to the South Rim of the Grand Cayon on the Grand Canyon Train package. In spite of being a small town in almost the middle of nowhere, this hotel was an excellent choice. Luxurious lobby, Nicely upgraded and appointed rooms and an excellent, well trained...

This hotel deals with large coach loads of guests so a bit impersonal. The twin rooms are a good size and comfortable. The hospitality tray is sparse and not very logical. Four beverages provided but only two creamers. You never seem to get proper milk in the States. The food is very average, though the service good.

We really enjoyed both the hotel and train trip to the Grand Canyon. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was always helpful. There was a "shoot out" prior to departing to the Grand Canyon. The show was very enjoyable. The train trip included entertainment on the way, but the best was saved for last. The Grand Canyon was...

What a pleasant surprise - there is also an RV Park here that has accessibility to the hotel's amenities (pool,sauna,work-out room), etc. We stayed in the RV park for a week and really enjoyed it. The park is clean, convenient, and reasonably priced (especially if you have a Passport America membership). They even provide a shuttle to the hotel. We...

I knew when I booked this hotel it was likely to be a hotel geared towards tourists, arriving en masse by tour buses and that is exactly our experience. On the positive side, the hotel is fairly new, recently renovated and very clean. We had a superior deluxe room which was small and looked over a parking lot and busy...

Williams is located about an hour drive from the south entrance of Grand Canyon Park. Tusayan may be nearer from the park, but the hotel rates are astronomical, and the town bears no interest. This hotel is located two blocks north of historic downtown Williams, a must pleasant place to stroll, with plenty of good restaurants. The hotel itself is...

This hotel is very near to the train station and line. We travelled as part of a group and only two staff were on reception trying to book everyone in. The bar was very busy at Happy Hour with two bar staff trying to cope with a room full of customers. Bedrooms adequate though ours overlooked the car park so...
