We booked a package that included two nights at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel, 2 dinners and two breakfasts at the Depot restaurant, the train ride to and from the Grand Canyon Southern Rim, lunch there plus a coach tour and I have to say it was a great value. The hotel is MUCH nicer than I was expecting and...

We stayed in December for the Polar Express train ride. Our deluxe room overlooked the train depot & Christmas lights. The room was cozy and clean with a nicely updated and modern bathroom. I would definitely pay more for a deluxe room again. We really enjoyed everything about our stay except for the buffet restaurant on property. Save yourself from...

The only reason to stay here is the location, convenient to the Grand Canyon Railway. The rooms and restaurants are nothing special. It was ridiculously crowded. The best thing about it was the cowboy show in the morning before our train left.

We had a fantastic time on the train to the Grand Canyon. The hotel was really nice and I was pleased with the quality of our room. The buffet at the hotel had good food and good entertainment. We would love to go again.

Stopped on a bus tour, just passing through for the buffet. Worst food ever. Cold, bland stew meat hard as a rock. Just all around horrible, and I eat anything-except the food there. God for the salad bar, ad ice cream machine. Hotel looks like lots of fun though!

It was like going back in time. The train station was just across from the main entrance to the hotel. The lobby had a high ceiling and a grande fireplace, and huge murals of the Grand Canyon. Several Remington bronze statues throughout the lobby and bar area. We had a recently remodeled room with a lovely tiled bathroom/shower. There was...

Loved the train to the Grand Canyon! It was such fun. The kids really enjoyed the train being held up and the musician's on board. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient. Everyone was friendly and the service was great. I highly recommend the train and the hotel to anyone who loves making memories for their families!

I have taken all of my grand children to Williams and the Grand Canyon train ride. The hotel is clean and comfortable , the staff great! The pre train ride western show is fun and the entertainers make it seem personal with photo ops if you want. The train into the Grand Canyon is wonderful. You are immediately transferred to...

Driving through the gorgeous town of Williams, we saw the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel on our right. Owners were immediately welcoming, friendly and know exactly how to greet guests. The interior is a living breathing piece of history and anyone wanting to experience a slice of the old Wild West, should seriously consider staying here. Private parking round the back...

The room was clean, updated and the bathroom was clean and they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. The staff was polite and helpful. However the cafe that's there was awful, my son and I ate there the first night and then we never went back even though we had free vouchers.
