Beautiful room. It’s clean, it smells great! Everything was great… We were travel weary and not used to this time zone. We just got into a very comfortable bed (albeit 7:30) and hear a dog bark. Then some more. The poor thing is crying. I assume left alone, since it just keeps barking and crying. So I called the front desk, and the very nice and professional person tells me she will look into this. She called me back minutes later snd offers to put us in a different room. “Um, like I said: I’m already in bed.” A few minutes later, I guess the people returned from dinner (maybe) and security is speaking to them in the hallway. So the walls are paper thin. I can hear the people complaining that they should have not let them book the room…if it’s a service dig, shouldn’t have been with the person? So bring earplugs. Everything else was great!

My goodness from phone booking and really understanding all options for an elderly disabled person to a teen in my family these folks know what they are doing. We checked in seamlessly, our hotel room we perfect, clean, staff were amazing. We took the first class train to the Grand Canyon and had a blast! The Cowboys made this trip so fun! The train was gorgeous - first class was excellent. Our conductor answered all our questions and helped us to maximize our time. The snacks were perfect. We also took the grand bus tour and our guide was a great driver, knowledgeable and made sure to connect with all. We ate at the restaurant on site and that helped to navigate a very busy day. This trip was money well spent and the people in Williams are wonderful! ENJOY IT!!

Didn't get to eat dinners included with package-lines for buffet way too long. Had to get in line for breakfast at 6 am to get food and the food not worth the money, would rather eat out at a restaurant. Train ride to canyon was fun but limits your time at Canyon unless you stay at a Grand Canyon lodge overnight instead of Grand Canyon Hotel. Ice machines at GC hotel didn't work, no water fountains, most of soft drink machines out of product; restaurant at hotel subpar.
