Easy check-in and friendly service. Room was very clean and smelled good. The beds had decorative pillows and nice bedding/curtains which made it look like a higher end motel. The bathroom/shower were nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. With-in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Very close to park entrance while visiting the Grand Canyon. Good price and...

This hotel provided a good-enough base for exploring the Grand Canyon. It is a family-owned hotel in a soul-less and expensive town, Tusayan, about 5 miles from the park itself. The staff were fairly helpful but not very friendly or engaging - just going through the motions it seemed. Rooms were comfortable & spacious. There is good quality coffee available...

After driving all day with three children we arrived at 10pm (07.30.13) to our room booked for five people. The room had four beds and we were told that there were no roll away beds available. When we asked what our options were we were told none by the most unhelpful receptionist. I asked to speak to the manager whose...

We stayed here for 1 night when we visited the Grand Canyon. For this the location was very good. BUT you pay for the location. The staff was very friendly and would be possible to stay an extra night altho' it was sold out via booking. We didn't do this because we wanted an extra day in Vegas.

The rooms here were really nice, the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The facilities are really good such as the pool and the laundry. It is also nicely placed in the middle of the township so access to all the restaurants and stores as well as the Grand Canyon is very easy.

Very good hotel. Location excellent. Staff very friendly. Pool is small and quite cold. Beds are firm and felt quite uncomfortable on the first night, but we had been used to luxury in Las Vegas. Second night, they were fine. Room was very clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. Fridge in the room was a bonus as we bought...

Look - if you are reading this review, you already know what I am about to tell you - the lodging options in the Grand Canyon area pretty much stink. We like to stay at independent places rather than chains so this was basically our only option. It was fine - it is certainly convenient to the Grand Canyon but...

Stayed one night with advance reservations. Pulled sheets back to get into bed only to find blood on sheets! Pulled back sheets and there was blood on mattress pad too! (I won't share pics because it's too nauseating) Young man from the front desk came and changed sheets. Absolutely disgusting and inexcusable!! I have yet to receive a phone call...

We did just that...stop over. 1 nights stay which was very comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and professional and had honored my request of a top floor quiet room. Thank you. Very comfortable beds and good AC and wifi. We tried the Mexican next door and although you have a 10% discount if you show your key we felt it...

Made reservations for my vacation some six months ago and finally got to check in. Ended up on the 2nd floor of the annex which has NO elevator! So now a couple 75 year old people have to lug their luggage up a flight of stairs. When we asked why the annex after 6 months and advance payment the response...
