Although it seems expensive for what it is you'll quickly find that all of the lodging options near the Grand Canyon are really over priced. The Red Feather Lodge is a great option and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in experience was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is...

Thank you for staying with us at Red Feather Lodge! Because we do not have the facilities or space to do breakfast correctly we cannot include it. Plaza Bonita, the Mexican/American restaurant on property does offer Red Feather guests a discount. And we do try to make sure our pricing, compared to those that include a breakfast, is fair. Please...

Stayed here for a night, checkin was not very smooth due to limited space and staff in the lobby. Parking was also not easy to find and wifi was very week. It was our last minute plan and nothing else was available so this worked out for us. Would look for options if planning in advance.

This is definitely a higher end motel. The front desk manager was personable and informative, all while checking us in with despatch. The entire property has a cocoanut/lime aroma, as do the spacious and very clean rooms. Basic but most popular amenities were there, including 'fridge and coffee maker. There is no dining room, but there is an arrangement with...

I think this place banks on the fact that it's close to the Grand Canyon and the prices reflect this. The rooms are tired and old looking but we were only there for one night so it did not bother us that much. What made this place great was the friendly staff who obviously knew that people were there for...

We chose this hotel because we were looking for a pet friendly hotel. We spent our first night in the Grand Canyon Park but were only able to get a pet-friendly room for one night. So, for our second night in the area we moved to this location. I was a bit concerned by the reviews, but upon arriving my...

We wanted to book our room at the Grand Hotel but there were no vacancy and we opted for this place as it was approximately one mile from the south entrance of the Grand Canyon National Park. When we arrived at the hotel we were surprised to find that the Red Feather was just across the road where the Grand...

Thank you for staying at Red Feather Lodge and for taking the time do do a review on us! Plaza Bonita is not operated by Red Feather Lodge, but is our concessionaire and we do advertise them on the info in the room and on our web site. But, I will remind our front office folks that they need to...

Clean, large rooms with microwave, mini fridge and single cup coffee maker. Basic American motel style...and the annex is unpleasant..noisy with cars coming and going and a long outdoor walk to pool and lobby. TERRIBLE Internet!!! Would not return just because of that. management blames location but that is nonsense since across the road McDonalds has excellent wifi as do...

Thank you for taking the time to review and let us know how your stay was. And, while we have been working with our internet provider to find a way to upgrade the internet because of no fiber optics it is a challenge. Thank you for the comment on McDonalds -- we will have to check with them!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at the Red Feather Lodge with our dog. This time we stayed in the main building as the motel rooms reserved for people with pets are closed for the winter. This was a much nicer stay! The hotel is nice and our room was lovely. There is a $25...

Lovely clean hotel with huge comfortable beds. We took a drive from Vegas to Grand Canyon and stayed overnight here. There were 4 of us and thought the hotel was perfect. Went across the street to eat at a great steakhouse called yippie-ei-o which was recommended by hotel. Lovely staff at hotel and very helpful.
