Our room was immaculate, sheets smelled very faintly of bleach (love that), great location in a town very close to Grand Canyon. Room had fridge, microwave and keurig. Plastic cups (ick, but typical). Free breakfast was really great, but breakfast room was really packed. Although they had two areas with food, both had poor flow and the plastic ware was...

While the location was great, the pool and breakfast area are too small for all of the guests. The beds are very well used and the walls thin, resulting in a poor nights rest. Service at the front desk was good but the breakfast team had trouble keeping up.

We were thoroughly happy with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was exceptional, especially housekeeping and the breakfast-room staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only negative would be that the mattresses were sagging and too soft. I suppose this is a personal preference and may not matter to some, but worth mentioning. The hotel is...

Stayed one night. Was so convenient being so close to park. Nice room. Lots of restaurants in this small town. We ate the Big E Steakhouse. Food was good and service was very friendly. We got to park at 9am and had no trouble parking. Hiked Bright Angel trail and did the mile and a half loop. GC is a...

This hotel was a great place to stay. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was quite. The breakfast was awesome, I had pancakes everyday. It was convenient to the Grand Canyon and within walking distance to restaurants.

I think they keep it a secret! The family room has two separate bedrooms and a little kitchen. The hotel has lots of restaurants around that you can walk to. We went to the Mexican place - very yummy.

We visited Holiday Inn as a family (2+2) and we were not satisfied at all. The room was ok, but we didn't have hot water the first day due to reparations. The breakfast was terrible! The pool very noisy and not a place you what to stay more than once and more than one hour.... (just for the kids)

Booked for 1 night before visiting the Grand Canyon (where we also booked an overnight stay in the park) wished we had booked 2! Wasn't expecting too much and was greatly surprised by our room which was spotlessly clean, well equipped, warm and quiet. We stayed in the small annex which had its own breakfast room and spa pool, can't...

A basic Holiday Inn. Clean, no frills rooms with everything just as you might expect. Good location in Tusayan village with a short drive from the entrance. Reasonable included breakfast that kept you going for quite long. Staff (mostly indians) was not very talkative, but did their job well. Reasonably priced (off season) compared to the hotels inside canyon area.

The hotel is in the cluster of hotels and restaurant just south of the Grand Canyon. You can't beat the convenience. The staff was very professional. Since we did not have children, they assigned us to the adults only building behind and across the street. Breakfast is also served in the same building. The rooms were clean, comfortable and updated....
