Great rooms for a specialized overnight visit. Went as a birthday gift and was amazed at rooms, and service, would highly recommend a trip to this resort. Stayed in a casitas with a patio, fireplace, separate sitting area, bathroom with shower and jacuzzi

The problem. Coffee maker doesn’t work. No Port or Sherry that was on the menu. Couldn’t take a cocktail on the golf cart as they had no lids....seems petty but important to...More
Went to spend the day exploring Tubac, AZ. Art galleries, historic location, surrounded by beautiful mountains. We arrived and sought out a place to have lunch and get out bearings. We decided on the golf resort for lunch as the grounds were beautiful and offered...More
What an amazing resort!! I stayed for two nights in mid-February in a Casita Queen Suite. It was a special mother/daughter trip for us. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We had a beautiful suite that was right next to the pool and jacuzzi area....More

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Hotel Bel-Air. I am thrilled to hear our garden oasis was the perfect end to your summer road trip. And how lovely that your LA-based son was able to join you at the hotel. Our staff will be extremely happy to hear your kind words regarding their exceptional service, and of course we love when we are able to make the puppies happy! I am concerned to learn of your disappointment with the grilled cheese sandwich and can assure you this certainly does not reflect the standards we have at Hotel Bel-Air. Please be assured I have followed up with Chef on this to ensure better quality control in the future.
I am pleased you and your family - dogs included - enjoyed your stay with us. We hope to see you all back again soon.
In general, reponses to negative reviews I have read usually include an apology for the bad experience, some explanation of why it may have occurred, and steps that will be taken to ensure the bad situation is remedied followed by a wish that the client will try them again in future...Hope this helps you!
