Wow, is all I can say! I didn't want to leave my little place in luxury on Lago Atitlan. From the moment I arrived, I had top notch service and was treated with amazing service and kindness. When I arrived, my first impression of my room was STUNNING. I walked in and immediately was impressed with all of the colors,...

Laguna Lodge was absolutely beautiful. They upgraded us to a nicer suite upon arrival and greeted us with fresh juices. The food is excellent- I highly suggest doing the all-inclusive option so that every meal is included! The nature walk was really fun. Tip: Laguna charges "american" prices for any of the excursions- if you simply walk down to the...

Perfect getaway in a magical place, surrounding by volcanoes and the nature. Peaceful and relaxing. The Laguna lodge is the p,ace to stay at Santa Cruz, in Atitlan. Gorgeous place to stay, I will go back for sure.

It was a beautiful stay at the Laguna Lodge. The staff is extremely attentive to all the guests needs. Meals were all delicious and modifications could be made if needed. Rooms were clean and many common areas around the hotel to relax. The only things that keep it from being perfect were minor, but does effect a vacation. The hot...

I can say the best things about this place with a few exceptions. I don't like to complain at all, so I will start with the positive experience. The place is absolutely stunning. The hotel is very carefully designed and decorated with the best possible, traditional touch. The food is amazing, the stuff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms...

Stayed here with a friend and loved loved loved it! The view from our room was spectacular and everything was beautifully decorated and beds were super comfortable. They have good food on site but it is a bit pricy by Guatemalan standards. If you are up to it, you can walk about 20 minutes over the the neighboring town for...

Don't be afraid of the name...this "eco" resort delivers all of the amenities you would expect to find at a luxury hotel. Our suite had two levels, with two full bathrooms, two king beds and a double bed. The decor, both in the room and throughout the hotel, was amazing. You arrive only by covered boat (10-12 minutes from Panajachel),...

On our initial arrival we were greeted and shown around the property. However it felt like a cursory review of property amenities performed with a checklist mentality. For example, it wasn’t until our last day we realized that there was self-serve coffee during the day on the top floor as no one told us about it during check-in. Beginning a...

Thank you for your comments. Staff strive to be attuned to guests individual needs and serve with integrity in a sincere manner. We apologize that the optional orientation did not meet your expectations. Room manuals provide information on hotel facilities and tours, with front office staff ready to organize trips as usual. Perhaps the confusion began asking for destinations that...

Serene, beautiful... attention to detail. We were blown away by our stay at Laguna Lodge. I was on a trip scouting for a group trip I would like to run next year. The food, services, amenities and overall spirit of this gem of a lodge inspired us to rent the whole place out for next year. Well done... what an...
