This place is really awesome. The place is perfect, the staff is friendly and it's absolutely unique. It's quiet, no noise from vehicles. You can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. Also you can do excursions, the national park is great. With a bit of luck you see a lot of animals (luckily we saw so many animals, included WHALES!!)....

One thing that wasent smooth was the landing under the rain in low season that was quite adventurous. Now lets start with the positive! This is whats know as glamping (new word for me). All meals included and I was very happy with the food for a foodie like me! The peace her is remarkable the soothing sound of the...

I came to Costa Rica on a whim, not knowing about the rainy season, and ended up at the tent camp. I really really enjoyed my stay. I think compared to regular hostels it is a bit more money, but the tent camp has everything included which is nice. If you are coming here you only need to get a...

Me and my boyfriend just spend 4 days at the camp and was sad to leave this paradise. The staff is so friendly and attentive to your needs. The experience of waking up to the sounds if moneys howling (+throwing mangoes) and the waves, was absolutely outstanding! We will recommend this anyone.

Larry has been in touch with us and has expressed his regret about the issue. He has explained that he fired the manager at fault and has extended an offer for us to return. As the theft was the only issue of concern, we would like to upgrade our previous rating. The experience was exceptional during our stay and we...

The location and access to nature are terrific. The tents are quite good, and there is strong WiFi throughout. The staff are agreeable, they take guest security seriously, and the food is plain but quite acceptable. The communal toilet/shower facilities need to be cleaned more often and the plumbing needs to be maintained a bit better. Practices in kitchen need...

I've been traveling to Costa Rica since 1994 when it was still relatively undeveloped. Since then it has become a place of resorts and has lost much of the charm and adventurous nature it once had. If you want to experience the last truly wild place in Costa Rica, a place where you don't even need to join a tour...

Corcovado Tent Camp is a great alternative for those who are interested in meeting people but can also entertain themselves. It's an hour walk from town and about a 15 min boat ride. It's quite secluded, so those who need some sort of nightlife or shopping experience should stay elsewhere. If you're bug-phobic you should probably stay elsewhere also. It's...
