My wife and I were traveling with our 7-year old son. Las Caletas was a perfect place for us to stay. The food is outstanding, really outstanding. There is a short path up from the beach. We were happy to have stayed in one of the cabins that was a little separate from the main lodge. No a/c, but the...

We wrote a review 3 months ago about our 2015 trip to Las Caletas. In that review, we mentioned that we were considering returning this year -- and I'm happy to report that we did indeed. What a great time in paradise, and the meals were particularly exceptional this trip. Gourmet would be an accurate description. Bravo to the chefs!

We spent 10 days at the Las Caletas Lodge - and are delighted with the whole experience. We stayed in one of the platform "tents" but it was like "glamping" with a queen size bed, fresh water, electricity, plenty of room and bathroom/shower just a few steps away. Everything was CLEAN and well serviced, the staff were AMAZING! The FOOD...

We cannot say enough good things about this place! We stayed at Las Caletas for a week as our initiation to Costa Rica. This is an amazing place to stay - a quiet paradise where the people are so nice and take such good care of you. My husband and I stayed in a cabin while our 2 teenagers stayed...

We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers and everyone fell in love with Hotel Las Caletas and the wonderful people there. It sits on a promontory overlooking the ocean to the west and then to the east are huge rainforest trees for watching mccaws and other colorful birds, capuchin monkeys, and hummingbirds up close. Beautiful swim beach also! So many...

We stayed in Las Caletas for 5 days, staying first in a cabin and then in a tent. There were many birds and flowers on the property, such as toucans, macaws and osprey. This is not a luxury resort, but clean, comfortable and had the feeling of living in nature. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food was delicious and the...

The hotel, cabins and tents, lie on a hill overlooking the ocean. A boatride from the town of Sierpe will bring you there. The view, the staff, the stay, it's a great place. Excursions to Corcovado and snorkling trips possible by boat. Dinner is included. No menu, just what is served, but be assured it's good, vey good.
