This was our third stay at this hotel. Had our usual room on the second floor with air conditioning. It was clean and comfortable. One thing we like about this hotel is that it's on a quiet road with no traffic and just a short couple minute walk to the beach. The little restaurant across the street is good. We've...

Montanas de Agua is a quaint little hotel with 2 types of rooms. AC rooms, these are a reasonable size with ac and a bathroom. Cabins with fans, out front seats and hammock. Both rooms are adequate and good value for money. The cabins are quite small but well valued (last time we were there they were $30 a night....

We stayed 2 nights in the private rooms as none of the cheaper cabins were available. Rooms are spacious, clean with air-conditioning and hot water bathrooms - as expected for 50 dollars a night. We loved the two kittens and even more so the soda across the road - its a must go! Owners were welcoming but not often there...

Stayed here for 8 days in December. The room place was clean and quiet. The air conditioner worked once I figured out how to use it. The little outdoor kitchen was very nice. I would change one thing if I went back. I would try to get one of the rooms with an outdoor porch hammock (but only if the...

We found this place almost by accident, and we are grateful that we did. Our plan was to spend only a couple of days in Dominical catching up with old friends, and feeling the sand on our toes. The hotel managers responded quickly to our email requests, and provided us with specific details to help us find the place when...

We have spent 4nights in this sweet place. Away from the noise but close if one wish to. Nice clean rooms, nice garden, big kitchen one can use with all needed equipment. Sweet sweet couple that runs the place and make it so pleasant. We came for 2nights and returned, for 2more.

This place is tucked away at the end of the beach road, so more difficult to find but nice and quiet as a result. The room was clean, reasonably priced and the guy at the desk was friendly. Only criticism is that some of the rooms back into local houses, so you could hear their TVs and chit chat. Not...

I stayed one night, and based on that stay I cancelled the reservations I had elsewhere, and made new reservations to stay at Montanas de Agua.
