It's a Motel 6 so don't expect much. Certainly better when you are just up in PHX for a night and want some place close to Mill Ave. It was clean, and cheap and that is about all we were expecting so we were happy.

Room small - barely enough room for 2 double beds. So tight that bed was jammed up against a/c unit. Asked for quiet section of hotel and got that except customers next door returned with "guests" at 3AM, turned up the boom box/radio, stood outside room smoking and chatting, etc. Staff did go talk to them when I called to...

There was so many mixed reviews that we thought it can't be that bad. We were very very wrong! Came with my baby and family. They said they couldn't guarantee room was non smoking because people smoke wherever they like. When I explained I had a baby with me they were great. They said I could check out room to...

Came with my family. They couldn't guarantee a non smoking room because I was told people smoke wherever they want. Phone call to desk by a telling man. Staff stated he was arrested here last week for theft. This should have been my first cue to run. Staff was friendly after I told them I had a baby with me...

Really terrible. Hey, I know we didn't book a Hilton, but we still payed money to stay here. The room stunk so bad and they actually gave us febreeze to spray to make it manageable. When I brought the smell up to the woman at the front desk she said "what do you expect me to do?" So incredibly rude...

Great location if you have business around the University. Really nice and accommodating staff. The room was VERY clean and smelled great! That can be so unusual these days. I met the Manager, Brandy, and she was such a Darling! They have a very knowledgeable staff at the check-in desk, and they can offer some great suggestions on where to...

Rooms are very basic & run-of-the-mill. If your goal is to go over to Mill Avenue, get hammered, then pass out on something resembling a mattress, then this is the place for you. I dislike how Motel 6 nickel & dimes its guests with their Internet service. Come on folks, include it along with the room rate- like every other...

The rooms are very inexpensive and show it. Small rooms with very basic features. Got this room for a friend that felt it was worthwhile, but from what I could see, you can't get more basic than this. Place was clean. Sheets and towels were very thin. Room was stark and seemed to attract a very low income crowd.

First off I stay at Motel 6 as the rooms are clean and pet friendly. I asked the MOD ( Manager on Duty) if they had the "New" Phoenix room's and she had no clue as to what I was talking about! Also this is a National Property Management System at least regional as I have stayed at Motel 6...

“I would suspect rooms on the first floor to be noisier. We were on 2nd floor above the pool and didn't hear noise. Stairs are cement and not carpeted so it could potentially be noisier to be near stairwells.”
