Booked my reservation with no issue a few weeks ago and reconfirmed bed type with hotel. Called today to reconfirm reservation the day before our arrival to find out pool is closed. Nothing was said about pool being closed when reservation was previously booked. Now have to find hotel for 4 nights last minute and rates are outrageous! Front desk...

Management response:

It is really unfortunate to hear that you had booked our rooms; but you had to changed your mind at the last moment because pool was closed. We understand that it is a big deal for family vacations. But sometimes, we have to close the pool due to weather fluctuation. So, please accept our apologies for the same. We appreciate...

We stayed here last minute for the Rock and Roll marathon. We paid way too much, but it was convenient for the race. The rooms were okay, they served their purpose to sleep. The bathroom was clean and it was nice having a fridge in the room, although it was on the floor and difficult to open. The breakfast buffet...

I stayed for two nights and was very pleased with the experience. My room was clean and nice, and I loved how the air conditioner blew beautiful cool air all night without cycling on and off. The bed was very comfortable and I never heard any noise inside or outside the property. The breakfast room was a bit small, but...

I liked everything about this hotel except the fact that the room AC was NOT turned on prior to my arrival - the room was easily 110 degrees when I walked in. Also, the refrigerator was turned to it's warmest setting, and therefore was not usable. The rest of my stay, from the wonderful staff to the cleanliness and comfort...

We stayed here for two nights while at ASU graduation ceremonies. The room was small but clean. The morning breakfast was actually more than we expected but it is in cramped quarters. The pool was a bit dirty. Towels and linens are thin but for the price we paid we got better than expected. It is close to ASU and...

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting relatives in the area. The staff were extremely nice and the room was very comfortable. After we left the owner called me to let me know that I had left an item in the room. They arranged for UPS to pick it up and ship it back to my home, for which...

Not a large property, but there were a lot of positives about this place. Rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It's in a very convenient location to everything in the east valley. Breakfast was a step above your normal continental fare, with a nice addition of scrambled eggs and sausage patties every morning. It's true the dining...

Small hotel with nice staff in Tempe which is about 20 minutes from the Phoenix airport and /or the big car rental centre so it's handy. Rooms were clean but dated. Breakfast was that heated scrambled egg mix, 'sausage' patties, make your own waffle or toast...not the best breakfast for sure. You have to phone when you arrive at the...

I stayed here after looking for weeks for a hotel for the super bowl weekend. Honestly like nicer hotels but they were all booked and anything within a certain mile radius was obscenely expensive. Not saying this was cheap especially for a quality inn but one has to do what one has to do. The people were very helpful offering...

If you stay there, you get limo service to and from Sky Harbor Airport and can leave your car there for free for a week or so. The staff is friendly and the place has a cozy bar and outside pool area.
