My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week while visiting Arizona on vacation. We're a young couple and liked the overall look of the hotel. Let's start with the positives. The hotel is clean. The decor is cute and the concept for the hotel is nice. The wifi is free (although I don't think this is unique... More

Last time I stayed here it was the Internet, for like 24 hours. Tonight it's the TV system which has been sketchy at best. Sadly, this is probably my last attempt here. Price to value seemed good but not unless the basic systems are functioning.

Thank you for taking a moment to review your recent stay with us. I do apologize for the mishaps that you described. You are 100% correct in stating there have been technical difficulties recently, however it appears that both of your stays coincided with the 2 of them to the day. Both issues were a result of Cox Communication upgrading... More

Dining options basically walking to fast food places. Hallways dimly lit. Lobby overflowing with students. Decor is OK for a bohemian vibe. TV doesn't have signal for all the channels listed on the hotel card. Appears clean. Greeted promptly at check in.

Thank you for taking a moment to review your recent stay with us. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the hotel. Funky and fun, The Graduate is a great hotel with a dynamite location. The rooms are very comfortable and the restaurants and so delicious, you never need to leave the property :) Beds are super comfortable. Would stay there again if we return to the area. First time we have stayed at a boutique hotel and was not sure what to expect. Decor college themed and appropriate for the location. Front desk staff was very courteous. Towel quality very good and much better than expected. And before we left we had a great breakfast at the... More

My family arrived on 3/18/16 had reservations for 2 weeks! When we went to check in we were told no rooms were available then watched the female clerk flirt with a bunch of drunk guys that were checking in before us, then we find out 4 days after check out that we were charged for 3 nights and we only... Thank you for taking a moment to review your recent stay. I would like to apologize for the issues you encountered during your visit. We purchased a room for Saturday the 12th at Tempe through Priceline. Priceline quotes out the entire cost, including fees and taxes. When we arrived to check in, there was only one clerk at the front desk who was tied up looking for someone else's reservation. When it was finally our turn, we were told that there is a $6.00... Thank you for taking a moment to review your recent stay with us. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our "garden" room overlooked residential back yards, but that was better than overlooking the major road and the ASU campus beyond, which are considered their best rooms. I guess it is all about perspective. My favorite amenities are the comfortable sofas out front. They provide the perfect place to gather -- whether... More

I'm surprised to see the lackluster reviews. We stayed at the Graduate for one night last year, and it was a great experience. First of all, you are met with a super unique, bright, fun and kitschy entrance. The theme continues to the rooms, where there is original art and funky themes. The people at the front desk were super... More
