Recently booked this hotel for a group of seniors touring the area. General manager Jeff, and his staff went out of their way to look after our group. A outstanding experience in all aspects! The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Sierra Vista Mall.

This hotel is nothing short of fabulous. I was really sad I could only stay one night. Sierra Vista is a great place and I can't say enough good about this hotel. The staff was great, the facility was great, the food was great and the price we paid was great. I will defiantly stay there again.

Stayed one night before exploring Bisbee, AZ. Clean room and comfortable beds. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, yogurt and granola a plus. Helpful staff. The hotel was a bit older but very adequate for our short stay.

We stayed at this hotel for the second night of our Southern AZ tour. We weren't looking for anything fancy, just clean and close to tourist attractions. We drove from Tucson to Tombstone, Bisbee, and Douglas on Saturday and on our way back North stopped at Sierra Vista to stay at this hotel for the night before travelling back home on...

We recently visited Southern AZ and wanted to find a place that was close to all of the local tourist attractions and decided to check out the Windemere. It was perfect! We visited a bunch of cool tourist attractions in the area (Karchner caverns, Bisbee, Tombstone and Tucson!) and couldn't wait to get back and enjoy a dip in the...

We booked this on Priceline as a three star hotel. THIS IS NOT A THREE STAR HOTEL. We have been booking with Priceline for years and the star ratings are pretty consistent. Not this time. The hotel is stuck in the 70s, smells, the tile is dingy and looks dirty, tub looks dirty amenities. One washcloth, two towels, two flat...

The entire hotel is in need of an overhaul. Our king bedded room was half empty . . . only a bed, small dresser and desk/chair. The walls were bare, the windows filthy and the carpet was stained and torn. The shower was pathetic . . . could have gotten a better shower from a garden hose. Breakfast was served...

I had to stay here for an extended stay for business travel and more than once I contemplated I paying out of pocket to stay someplace else. The hotel is just run down and needs to be renovated. There are newer furniture pieces in the room, but that does not make up for the dingy carpets, dirty tiles and walls,...

Absolutely worst hotel. Had to stay here for military reasons, but if it was on my dime, not a chance!! Not just the rooms were bad, the staff, soooo rude! Don't ask them to clean your room again if it's dirty!! Don't lose your key to the room, they get an attitude!! Just nasty. Black mold spiders, roaches... And how...

I travel for business a lot and this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dated and very tired looking. The king size bed was not very comfortable and you are only provided 2 very flat foam pillows. The hotel provides a continental breakfast that was sad. There was bread, English muffins, instant oatmeal and...
