I recommend the resort: great place, good value, clean, friendly. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. Great restaurant on the property. Enjoyed the hiking trail and views behind the resort. Thank you!

There were nice things about this hotel, but issues too. We stayed for 6 nights and had to call multiple times for pool tools every day, without exception. Each time we were told there should be towels there, but there weren't. Then we were told they were sending someone, but

What are the hours of the pool & spa in August 2018
If I remember correctly, it was open by 8 in the morning and did not close until 7 or 8 at night. We swam before breakfast, and while we were waiting to be seated in the Elote restaurant (about a 40 min wait) at around 7:30 pm, we went to the pool for a half hour, changed, then made our seating for dinner.
