Room is very nice, nice outside area, but there are no dressers and no microwave. What the??? Very touristy, many restaurants are very pricey. Sedona seems a bit on the ritzy side for us average joes. The scenery is amazing though.
Stayed 4 nights 10/21-10/25/2020. We stayed at a lot of 4, 5 stars hotel/resorts before, I think Arabella bed is the most comfortable. Hotel is in great location: easy walk distance to restaurants and shops, and drive to hiking trails. The road outside hotel is in construction, but didn’t affect us get in/out hotel. It was quite at night. Free bag breakfast was a plus: very high quality food—-yogurt with fresh berries, cereal, juice, banana and oranges.... plenty food. During our stay, we left hotel before sunrise. By 5:30am, we were able to pick our breakfast front desk with nice arrangement from hotel. Super super nice. Yes, the building is a little dated, but it was very clean. Highly recommend!
We are currently staying here. The property looks nice from the road, the grounds are not fancy but are clean,, the fire pits are cool and the staff was very cordial. However, our room has issues. The heater makes a high pitch buzzing noise while running, so we turned it off. Not a great option when it's 37° at night. We can here EVERY SINGLE NOISE from the room above us and it is 11pm!!! We can here every single footstep, the sliding door opening and closing every 20 minutes and the high pitch of the water being turned on and off for the last hour. Not to mention the loud conversation. So, although the bed may be comfortable, we are NOT getting a good night's rest at all. Even though we have booked 2 nights, this being the first, I am going to cut our losses and book a room at a much nicer property that we looked at prior to staying here. So much for saving a few bucks. Definitely NOT a good deal. Lesson learned!…
We have stayed at this hotel every year for a number of years The staff is amazingly friendly. The facilities have been upgraded. They take great care of the rooms and grounds. We highly recommend the hotel
I booked a last minute room through Hotwire, and the Arabella is the hotel we got. I would definitely book to stay at this hotel again. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are comfortable but the pillows are a little too soft. There are two pools and hot tubs. Outdoor fire pits with nice seating areas. The hotel offers different activities, we had a night of star gazing and local wine sampling. Breakfast was offered in the morning. Very clean property, staff was very friendly. No elevators. So if you cannot walk stairs request a room on the first floor. Many of the rooms have balconies or patios with seating to enjoy the outdoors.
