Gina and her team helped me undo all the mess I made of my reservation. William and Gina got us into a great patio room over looking one of the many pools. Ana gave us great Offroad jeep advice. Room was great. Good food and drinks at the resturant. Advice, if you want to save your marriage, do not drive...

I recommend this hotel for: excellent service, great location, nice rooms, and a comfortable bed. It is conveniently located, and yet far away from the hustle. The staff provided great service, from check-in to check-out. The rooms are well laid out, with a comfortable bed.

Stayed again when hiked West Fork Trail, as always it was excellent service. They always make sure to acknowledge my dog Max and have a treat bag for him. The pet friendly rooms are perfect right next to the outdoor fireplace and pet outside area. Ordered room service for the first time and it was excellent, took 25 minutes and...

I would strongly recommend booking your stay over the phone or on their website. They have reduced rates (AAA, Advanced Purchase, Military, etc.) which they don't readily advertise. The hotel becomes a more affordable option than competing hotels in Sedona when utilizing these rates. Just keep in mind that they have a $15 daily resort fee. I stayed in a...

When we arrived the lady at the checkin counter was sweet and welcoming! Upgraded us to a room with a hot tub. The room was spacious and clean! Comfortable bed and secluded. The pool was very quiet. We had lunch at the restaurant it was very good and the staff was very helpful. Even the manager came to check on...

We booked a standard king room on the resort website. We got a AAA rate of $161.10. With taxes and resort fees our room rate shot up to $200.00 per night. We also purchased a $100 resort gift card for $85 to use in the restaurant. Our bill total should have been $283.00 but upon checking in we were immediately...

After reading the other reviews, I reserved a Poco King room. We were not disappointed! The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spacious, and the grounds are spectacular. Breakfast on the outdoor porch was a delight! Our one dinner in the restaurant was nothing to write home about, but, other that, we were very pleased with every aspect of...

After a nine-day trip to Phoenix, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Cortez and Mesa Verde, my grandson rated the Poco Diablo Resort his favorite--for the food, the beauty, the rooms, and the amenities. And the rest of the family enjoyed it very much as well. We had nice meals and a restful stay in a lovely part of the world.
