I have been a returning guest to Enchantment for over 20 years, and I couldn't imagine experiencing Sedona without staying here...until now. The prices here are in a category that suggest a five or six star experience, and it doesn't deliver on that promise, for all the big picture issues others have raised in their less than 5 star reviews,...

Enchantment Resort is tucked away in Boynton Canyon amidst the Red Rocks, about a half hour outside of the town of Sedona. It has many activities to offer and a wonderful spa. There are a number of restaurants, ranging from fancy to casual, and the one at the spa offers a quieter location with a more creative and healthy menu....

I am so tired of reading about all the negativity guests have nothing better to spout on about... This place is magical if you sit back and absorb all that it has to offer...Anyone that takes the time to complain about this place should soak their head and get a life. The buildings have properly showcased what people come here...

This was our sixth stay at Enchantment with it's gorgeous views, lovely casitas, perfect physical surroundings. And we love what it offers in these respects. But there is human laxity and error. The checkin took an hour- a room was not ready though we aqrrived after 4PM. We were upgraded to a jr suite which was extremely nice, except that...

This was my first visit to the Enchantment Resort, and I was impressed with the facility and services for the most part. My friend and I stayed for five nights, so we had a chance to really get to know the resort and the amenities on offer. It is a gorgeous place and the spa itself is flawless. However, we...

You can't beat the setting, but things just don't go right here, resort had little availability of massages, restaurant food was average at best, rooms had big maintenance issues (like no hot water, but plenty of leaking cold water), and some staff who just didn't seem to care

All I can do is to refer you to our previous reviews because its going to be the same! Our most favourite place in the world. Every visit is like the first and not only the hotel, surrounding landscape but the whole area. It has to be one of the most stunning locations on earth. The Spa has been voted...

This was a repeat visit to Enchantment. In a previous review I noted what could have been a 5 star resort was downgraded by flaws and owner and management problems. I am sorry to say that nothing has changed. First the positives: the resort is set in a magnificent natural setting, a spectacular box canyon of red rock mountains--it is...

I loved the property, the facility, spectacular views and its closeness to the spa and Boynton Canyon trails. Unfortunately, the staff were generally clueless as to how to act at a luxury resort. They weren't warm or welcoming. They didn't know how to handle long lines of people checking in at the same time (same problem at the spa). They...

It is important to unerstand my ratings. I only give a 5 when everything is perfect. A 4 is very good, but a few issues. A 3 is good but several things need to be addressed. This place right now is a 3.5. If this were a less expensive resort, my review would be a bit higher, but with higher...
