We recently spent four nights at the Desert Quail Inn and selected this motel based on previous tripadvisor reviews. The proprietor was very helpful upon check-in with hiking suggestions, restaurant recommendations and general Sedona information. Our room was spacious and clean. The refrigerator was large enough to hold our hiking breakfast and lunch supplies. An added bonus was the short...

We rate this a 5 star hotel for what it is - an older facility that has been nicely remodeled, is clean, in a good location, offers a very competitive price, but does not have the amenities of a 5 star hotel by the classical definition. All rooms have outside entrance. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful in helping...

This hotel is very nice and clean....you have in room coffee, tea, hot choc. And a refrigerator. The beds are firm, very clean ! It not right in Sedona, it's right by the red rock area. Right behind this hotel is a supermarket and next door to the store is a great cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner...great food ! I...

We stayed two nights at the Desert Quail Inn. It was very quiet, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The hotel was average and very clean. It is located about 20 minutes from downtown Sedona, which was not a problem in February but beware traffic can be brutal to downtown area.

This place is clean, well located and with great views. The rooms are really nice and have been updated with nice linens and furniture. I would not hesitate to stay here again even though I am not a fan of outdoor access hotels. It was very quiet, never heard a sound from the next door rooms. Book it and save...

It's not part of a chain and that has it's own charm. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the well kept room. Beds were comfortable, a 42" TV. Good internet connection. Had a great restaurant and grocery steps away. For the price a great place to stay.

Owner was wonderful. The Desert Quail Inn is in Oak Village. A Quieter place to stay than Sedona. Away from the traffic. Grocery store and great breakfast café within walking distance! Hiking trails are close by.

My wife and son and I spent a night here in late January (2017). It seems we never stay in the same place twice in Sedona as we like to explore options. The Desert Quail is a basic motel but is completely adequate for a reasonably priced place to spend a night or two. The front desk attendant was friendly...

Quaint well cared for hotel. We were looking for a room that was reasonable and quiet. We were very happy to find this Inn. Close to Uptown and very pleasant. We stayed in a King with fireplace room and we would definitely stay again.
