We spent a week in Villa 7. It was clean and well equipped, conveniently located and in many respects ideal. However, there were three of us staying in a two bed-roomed villa which could officially house six people. It would have been unbearably crowded with that number of people - and there were only two chairs in the very small... More

Nice quiet place right off the main street in Sedona. Beautiful scenery just outside. Really nice 2 story villas all surround the pool area. The place has ping pong and an indoor pool which is also nice. Watch out for wild pigs running through with a skunk smell. Don't bother with the golf-just a terrible put in a lumpy hole... More

We stayed in Villa 20 and had all the comforts imaginable. The villa had 2 floors, king size bed upstairs, queen downstairs. Full bath off each bedroom. The property is very quiet and tranquil. It has 2 pools, hot tubs, playground, activity room, game room, and gym. The unit was very clean and spacious. There is a balcony off the... More

Great villa with 2 floors. Very clean and quite. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of linens, dvds available. Also indoor and outdoor pools and separate Jacuzzi. Very helpful front desk staff. Centrally located.

Staying at the Villas as a timeshare exchange. Arrived after dark and got a little confused. Our GPS took us to 55 Northview which has a sign for The Sedona Springs Resort. We didn't see the small print and drove around the block before finding the office to check in. No hassles checking in, no pushy time share sales meetings.... More

Our family has been visiting Villas of Sedona with friends and family for years. The units have nice kitchens and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We always get the 2 bedroom with loft which accommodates 6 comfortably. The loft has a Murphy bed. Because I'm a serious cook and live in Phoenix, I bring my own knives and cutting board. However, the... More

Villas of Sedona is a time share, but does rent units as well. This is our 5th year coming here and we are always impressed with how well run and friendly this resort is. Our unit was spotless our only issue was a noisy refrigerator which maintenance corrected immediately after we called it in. While the units are dated, they... More

We exchanged our DVC points to stay for 6 nights - unit 31- which was a bedroom with a loft that has a pull down Murphy bed. Our daughter was supposed to join us but she could not so it was just my husband and I. We got there at 3:30 and was able to check in and go to... More

For our trip to Sedona, this time we decided to stay someplace different, The Villas of Sedona. This time my wife and I were traveling with our daughter and her husband. The entrance is at the end of a small dead end street off of 89A. Now I could remember Kallof Place, or turn at the Starbucks. I went for... More

We stayed in a two bedroom. It was nice and we were close to everything. Two big issues. The central air only goes as low as 68 degrees. We like it cooler than that. The mattress is old and killed my back, it was all lumpy. Everything else was good. Oh they dont let you check in one minute early.
