When we arrived they did not have our reservation from RCI. The staff and manager Russ Manion were fantastic. They made us feel at home while they contacted RCI who had dropped the ball and not sent in the reservation. The staff and manager Russ deserve a triple AAA rating for service. We really appreciated the way we were treated....

My wife and I spent several days (5) in Sedona in January of 2015. We stayed at the Sedona Summit Resort and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was a large 2 bedroom with a full kitchen and a great balcony with a partial view of the beautiful red rocks to the north of Sedona (and the hotel). The staff...

My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at the Sedona Summit Resort. We booked this place through another Tripadvisor member who is a Diamond Resort customer. The location of this resort is excellent, close to town, hiking, great views, etc. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and everything was great. The suite consisted of a full kitchen, dining...

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas holidays. We had three rooms total - each room was spacious and clean. The kitchenettes made it very convenient - there was a dishwasher in each room along with a set of dishes. The grounds were beautiful with a great view of the Red Rocks and the location was less than...

This resort is located on the Northwestern side of Sedona. Great location for access to stores, shops, uptown sedona, etc. As for access to Sedona, this was easier than staying at the Ridge (another Diamond property about 10 miles south of Sedona). Very spacious accomodations with well appointed furnishings, kitchen, utensils, etc. Essentially, all the comforts of home. Spacious bathrooms...

This is predominately a time-share property, with spare rooms rented out on a short-term basis to guests looking to stay in Sedona. My review is based on my room (a studio) plus brief interactions with staff. Has a bunch of pools and jacuzzis, as well as organized group events if you're into that. As others mentioned, they will offer you...

Sent an email one year (yes, you read that correctly) before arriving indicating that we were there to celebrate an anniversary along with the holidays. After reading many reviews by fellow tripadvisors, I wanted to make sure I leveraged all of the shared knowledge I now knew prior to our arrival. That said, I was VERY specific in my request...

We loved that the Summit is west of town and out of the hustle of Uptown. Pressure is intense to do a presentation. Just smile and say no. We appreciated being placed off of busy 89A, so ask to be away from the roadway. Walk the property and visit the hot tub(infinity) near building 27. I found a great rate...

This is a lovely place to stay. We had a pool and spa right out our patio door. The views were phenomenal from the property (not from our rental). Nice, well-equipped kitchen, responsive staff, clean unit. Nice space. While in West Sedona instead of Sedona proper, we were happy with our access to the things we wanted to do. Day...

We visited Sedona for our daughter's 18th birthday. We used Interval to trade our Sheraton banked week. We flew into Phoenix and rented a Jeep to do the 2 hour drive up to Sedona. A few days before the trip I had been contacted by the 'concierge' who noted us as a VIP. I was offered a VIP dinner, trip...
