Penrose B&B is perfectly located near the village of Oak Creek (away from the hustle and bustle of uptown Sedona) with magnificient views of the red rocks. Each breakfast was fantastic - on vacation, we tend to have two meals only - breakfast and dinner. Great restaurants for dinner were close by (i.e. Elote and The Hudson). The Mariposa room...

This is a wonderful place to stay! The location is central to so many attractions, hiking, horseback riding, stargazing and plenty of good food! The setting is what you come to Sedona for, sitting right at the base of the red rocks, the views from rooms and decks are breathtaking. Homemade breakfast on the deck looking up at the red...

Christie and Whitney put much thought into the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. The Penrose structure is a beautiful, sunny, spacious place in which to stay. Meeting other guests and the Penrose breakfast staff made us feel extremely glad we had chosen to stay there. Peacefully quiet breakfasts on the terrace were made memorable by the famous Sedona scenery,...

The Penrose B&B is a pleasant change from an ordinary hotel. The accommodations are comfortable, the setting is spectacular and the staff is superb. My room (the Coconino) was small, but had a wonderful balcony with panoramic views of red rocks including Bell Rock. The breakfasts could be featured in a gourmet magazine in taste and presentation. And breakfast was...

The Penrose B&B is a lovely place, situated in Oak Creek, about 4 miles out of Sedona. It is set in a quiet neighbourhood, against one of the famous rocks. We had the Javelina room which is nicely decorated, but remains in our minds as a SMALL room .... The bed is narrow, the bathroom is super-small, but has all...

Forget Grand Canyon, this is the place to be. Surrounded by breathtaking red rocks in a new and modern house, this is the place to be. Very friendly owner who is eager to show you around. Breakfast is great. If we come back to Sedona, we will stay here again.

Post card pretty views from balcony off our charming room. Delicious elegantly served breakfast. Owners and staff were gracious. Pictures and tee shirts were nice finishing touch. Near several excellent restaurants and convenient to major points of interest.

We stay 2 nights. Great spots to hike close by. The staff/owners answered many questions we had about the area. The breakfast was amazing each morning. Nice to be a little outside the center of Sedona.
