My wife and I spent a couple of nights for our 46th anniversary on a side trip from Las Vegas and as is often our preference chose a bed and breakfast over a hotel. We had a wonderful stay and found the walk to dinner and shopping in Sedona short (~11 minutes) and pleasant. The scenery surrounding the inn, especially...

Very poor customer service. Standard of breakfast poor. No coffee making facilities in rooms or inn (other than at breakfast). Soulless atmosphere even though decor pleasing. Description of inn misnomer - very much a bed and breakfast - and not a good ambassador for bed and breakfast facilities generally.

We had never been to a B and B and this was our first trip to one. The staff and people staying there were wonderful. Our room was wonderful. We had the one with a little private patio which was really nice for us. We did not eat meals with the group, as we wanted to explore, but we did...

It was an ok place. The view was nice and the hot tub was nice. Watching TV at night on a 12 inch tube TV wasn't great. Everything was from the 80's. It just need to be updated. We were the only people there as we were visiting in January. As the "owner" was serving us breakfeast she seemed offended...

This B&B shows signs of being far past it's prime and the owner seems to out customer service pretty far down the list. Breakfast was passable, but no choice in what is served...it just shows up and that is that. The location is good, a short walk to the main drag and all the shops in Uptown Sedona. It was...

We arrived in normal hours (5:30pm) to find no one around & their phone going through to message. Another couple staying let us in but apart from cook at Breakfast, had not seen anyone since. Eventually 3 hours later, the person looking after property called back (had flat cell phone) & we got a room upgrade. Seems owners moved out...

Although we did not get the chance to see the owners, the concierge was there and made us delicious breakfast each morning. From the patio you will have the most wonderful view you can imagine. With the red rocks at your view and the smell of the pine woods in front of you, you will discover the unique character that...

This was the first time we stayed at the Apple Orchard Inn in Sedona. We stayed in the Mission Room and it was extremely nice and quiet. Jean, the owner, was incredibly helpful and such a great hostess. The breakfasts were wonderful, but the view from the back patio is breathtaking! They also have a small pool and hot tub....

Please read the review from travelling_professor1 as they are my words exactly when it comes to the definition of a B and B. My room had no pictures on line yet when I booked. It was nothing short of an old bedroom in someones house. 2 twin beds pushed together is NOT a king bed.i felt bad for the couple...

First of all, if you're reading this, I am not sure if the picture by the review is meant to be the Apple Orchard inn. But I didn't recognise it as such! Bit misleading! We stayed for 2 nights and we were greeted with an envelope at the door as well! Our room was ok, albeit very 70s, and towels...
