I knew in advance that this was a timeshare, so I didn't expect typical hotel service. However, when I checked in, I was told that my room would be cleaned on Wednesday. I came back Wednesday evening to a dirty room with no clean towels. When questioned, the housekeeping staff said that the DND sign was on the door all...

Condo is clean and rooms are good size. Beds are comfortable. Has washer and dryer which is great especially if you have kids. No dining area. Can't say too much more because we stayed busy visiting sites in Scottsdale.

We returned for an enjoyable six night stay. This time we had a condo unit on the first floor which made it much easier to enjoy the stay. This time the condo unit faced the street and except for work traffic our condo was relatively quiet. We enjoyed the large condo unit with nice kitchen, living room, patio, king size...

This is relatively large condominium complex with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. It is well maintained and clean. We rarely stay at condominium resorts so this review is colored by our preference for hotels. The complex is also apparently part of a timeshare chain but I never got a timeshare pitch from staff. We stayed in a 1 bedroom...

It's hard to miss how dated this place is. It bills itself as a resort, we rented a 3 bdrm condo, but you need to climb, steep, tall stairs to your rooms. The complex is large and is basically a time share. You are going to hear a lot of pitches on how you can buy one. Be aware, we...

David in the reservation department is extremely rude and likes to try to talk down to people on the phone. I will never stay at this resort again. I am being penalized and charged for a room that was reserved as a cancelable reservation. Do not buy into Diamond Resorts, scam artists and terrible customer service. If you do decide...

This was our second visit. The grounds of the resort are beautiful with many different types of trees, bushes and desert plants- often flowering varieties. The fitness center is well provisioned and the entire staff is excellent. Rooms are large and well provided for with cooking equipment, even for the outdoor grills. Our particular unit could use some renovations, particularly...

Many time-share units. It's a Diamond Resort (excellent organization worldwide). Kids pool and adult pool, warmed, with hot tub. Big unit for 4 plus persons. Did 3rd floor for quietness. No problems, except slightly plugged sink in bathroom. Kitchen full including full fridge and dishwasher. Included washer dryer.

This is our family's first visit here. I was nervous after some recent reviews that were not very positive. Our family loves this resort. We had a 3 bedroom room at the back of the resort but it was still a short easy walk to the pool and fitness center which we used daily. The room was up to date,...
