The service is reluctant and fake. They pretend they care but they don't. The food at the lobby / bar area with views is pretty terrible and overpriced. We ordered the octopus which was not fresh. The duck tacos were not that good. The tuna crudo had a weird taste. The salad was the best thing they had. I asked...

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. We are disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction. Phoenician associates take great pride in the AAA Five Diamond service they provide, and strive through ongoing training and education to further enhance the guest experience. In regards to its aesthetics, the resort will be undergoing extensive renovations this summer to complement...

This past weekend I planned a Bachelorette getaway for my cousin. Every single person I spoke with prior to arriving was extremely helpful and courteous. Taylor in group reservations was a huge help. She made sure all of our rooms were near each other and she really paid attention to detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Isiah...

My husband & I were celebrating my 40th birthday at The Phoenician. This was our first stay at the property. We were blown away by many of the staff members but especially, John (Thirsty Camel Bartender). He truly was the best and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable & well taken care of. John helped make...

The rooms were spacious and of very high quality. They were clean and the cleaning service was very good. We had dinner and drinks at the bar and lunch at the golf club Bistro. Food was good and there was a live band playing at the bar at night and we were able to enjoy dancing. Very relaxing and will...

If you are looking for a majestic resort in Scottsdale, this is the place to be. Located just under the camelback mountain, this resort offers everything you need to unwind from reality. The size of the property is huge, so be prepared for some long walks, but it is difficult to describe in full. Several restaurants, shops and great pools...

Just came here for the holiday weekend with my family and we all really enjoyed it Rooms were really nice (recommend staying in the main tower, with the resort view), service was excellent throughout and restaurants were great (we really liked both brunch and dinner at IL Terrazzo) along with property and amenities (golf course, fitness center and pool) overall....

My family and I only spent one night here over Christmas, but we loved every minute. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. Comfortable beds. Bathroom to die for. We had a fire pit casita, which was the only disappointment...the fire pit wouldn't light unless a maintenance guy came and started it. It had also rained the previous day...

I definitely had a nice stay at this resort. It was quite short but worth the money. The resort has a handful of pools and even a waterslide which is great for kids. The service was great. Location was also nice with shops and restaurants close.

We're currently staying at the Phoenician in a Casita with our 11 month old. The room size itself is great and leaves plenty of room for the crib, play area for our baby, changing area etc. The rooms were recently renovated and are overall wonderful! However, we might have the absolute worst view of any Casita. We're on the first...

My room was located in the main building which was convenient as I was attending a conference. My view of the mountain was beautiful and it was very quiet. The facilities at this resort are impressive with large banquet spaces, intimate bars, gourmet restaurants, and beautiful pool area. They took excellent care of us during the convention.
