My husband and I just returned from a business conference at The Phoenician. The hotel is absolutely lovely-the rooms are spacious, quite comfortable, and spotless, as is the entire hotel. The shining star of this hotel, however, is its impeccable and attentive staff, all of whom, from housekeeping on (by the way, we left a tip for our housekeeper on...

We stayed here for 4th of July 2015! And it was the best experience I have ever experienced with my 5 children and Fiancé. From the moment the valet took our car and loaded our bags to the room with a pool view and spa tub and elegant walk in shower! The play pad and slide were so much fun...

I stayed here 4 nights for a conference. The staff is exceptional. However, $400 a night for a 2 bed hotel room in the middle of the desert is ridiculous. The soaking tub in the bathroom was fabulous - at least a foot taller than a normal tub. A very nice touch at the end was a town car that...

We stayed at this hotel for a conference and it was the best experience! We have stayed at other hotels in Scottsdale and Phoenix which are quite good, but this one is heads above all the rest. Even the lowest priced rooms are very spacious with large balconies. The amenities that you are given in the bathroom and room each...

Our family of six just returned from a five day stay. We stayed on Starwood points otherwise we would have not been able to stay in such a luxury resort. From the moment you enter the grounds (so beautiful) until the time you crash on your bed...the staff and ambience at The Phoenician are wonderful. The rooms were newly remodeled...

We are here with 2 other couples. The guys golf and go to spring training all day while we lounge by the pool. This Resort is amazing ! The staff have been so friendly and go out of their way to be accommodating.. especially Heather at the pool. We asked for different variations of the wraps and they were so...

My friend and I only stayed here for one night. After landing late in Phoenix all I could have wanted was a relaxing place to stay after a long day of traveling and that is exactly what I got. We stayed in a Casita that had the deepest tub I have ever seen. Our room was so quiet and peaceful...

This resort is very well known for many positive attributes, golf, service, amenities, etc., and based on their reputation we stayed there for two nights to celebrate Valentine's weekend. The resort met our expectations in every way and at every level. However their Valentine's weekend afternoon tea was truly world class, or better yet world leading. We had the good...

Our company recently visited the Phoenician for our Company-wide meeting. As part of the events team, I spent most of my time in the conference center. As a whole, we really like the events staff and found them to be very helpful and efficient. Even though the hotel itself has gone thru a renovation, the conference center is still dated....

This is a very lovely hotel, and our group had a wonderful time... but the rooms should be about half the price. We stayed in the main hotel. The rooms/halls/elevators/restaurants/grounds are fine, but absolutely nothing special whatsoever. The pool area is somewhat outdated, as well as the spa. It's all just fine, but for the high prices of everything from...
