My husband and I had an incredible stay. Our suite had a lovely balcony, dining room table, business printer and well-appointed furnishings. Loved the wine tasting in the early evening. Very elegant and special place to stay.

I've always wanted to stay at the Phoenician but it was typically out of my price range even in off season. This time though it was very affordable. Maybe due to the renovations. So, with the value influencing me, this resort met my expectations. It's a sprawling compound like most resorts in Phoenix. This one was a bit more compact...

As members of the Phoenician Residence Club, we are always thrilled to visit the Phoenician Luxury Collection Resort and stay at one of the two or three bedroom residences on-site. The residences have been recently updated and are clean, roomy, and extremely family-friendly. The backyard plunge pool was perfect for the kids when we didn't feel like using the resort's...

I have been at the Phoenician a few times. I was excited to return but my immediate reaction was...wow, the property getting tired. The location is stunning and the pool area terrific. The spa is looking dated and somewhat dank. The whirlpool wasn't invited and the floor of the steam room was muddies with footprints. My room had a steady...

This property is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment you arrive it screams luxury. The staff pamper you and snap to your service. I had a few things go wrong during my visit- one related to the renovations going on, and one related to the fine dining steak house on site. In both cases, the hotel went out of their way...

We booked a getaway over Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved the place. The staff was excellent and the grounds were breathtaking! Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to stay and enjoy everything they had to offer. We highly recommend the mixology class and Camelback Mountain Hike.

The Villas are located on the right just after you enter the Phoenician Property before you pass the entrance gate to the resort. Two bedrooms with living, dining rooms two baths and a kitchen with patio and small pool and grill. Rent a Mercedes, Audi or Bentley from Donna at Go Rentals in the Hotel Lobby and you are on...

The property is so well cared for inside and out. Our room looked onto a cactus garden with winding pathways and twinkling lights at night. There are cards indicating the names of the various cacti and guided tours are available for those who would like more information. A desert mountain rose directly behind the garden. Sitting out on our patio...

Arliss was amazing and really helpful with us on our first night when we went to the Italian restaurant after dinner. He went above and beyond for us and made the small kids feel special (8 and 5 years old). Alex was also incredible and awesome at breakfast. He deserves a shout-out. These two men made the entire stay better....
